Always delighted with my nails, Gabriela is the best especially that she uses high quality gel as I do not like acrylics because is carcinogenic.

I go to Aqua G regularly for my acrylic nails, hair cut and colour, eyelash and eyebrows tint and eyebrows wax and they have always done a super job. I have never been disappointed, and I have been a client for over 12 months. Everyone in the salon is really friendly and professional, they always do their best to fit me in even when I book at short notice. Once I decided to have some additional treatments, and one of the beauticians stayed past her normal working hours just to accommodate me. If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the good work ladies.

Hair - didn't get exactly what I asked for but they are very nice and welcoming. Nails - very kind to be able to do my nails while I was in for a hair appointment. Great result but if I had known that it would cost me £60 I would have said no thanks immediately! 😳 £60 for gel nail extensions!

Always have a great experience here. Brilliant service from Inna at Aqua G! Inna came in on her day off to correct my eyebrows after I had someone else wax them, and make them worse! I was getting married in less than a week, and she came in on her day off and sorted them out completely. Thank you very much!!

I took my sister here to get her nail extensions done for prom. When booking the appointment the member of staff was very helpful and made the process very easy. She explained what was available and the price that would be expected. On arriving at the salon it was very clean and well presented. The nail technician did a fabulous job and took a lot of care over the nails and another member of staff was very helpful when choosing the colour, however the process took an hour longer than we were told over the phone! The technician started another customers nails whilst my sister sat for 40 minutes with her hands under the UV lamp, it almost felt like she had forgotten about her despite us saying numerous times 'do you think they are ready yet?' The other members of staff did not seem very professional either as they were discussing other customer appointments in front of us and although they seemed very friendly it did leave me wondering what they would say about us once we had left the salon. When it came to paying for the nails the member of staff ignored us to help someone else then proceeded to answer the phone when we were in the middle of the transaction. The price was also more than what we were told on the phone. At this point I couldn't be bothered to argue the price so we just left. What should of been an hour appointment ended up taking 2 and a half hours! I'm not sure that we will be returning again and I think they need to work on their professionalism and customer service.

Professional Lovely People. Non-Bitchy and always happy with the treatments I have. Every member of staff will make you feel comfortable. I started using Aqua-G 6months ago and now return every 3 weeks for my nail acrylics. If you have any experience visiting salons you will love this place. Thank you for the long hours you work and for always fitting me in. Would defo recommend to anyone.

Always come here for my eyebrow tint and shape, Inna does it perfectly everytime! She always checks if I am happy with the colour/colour. Lovely lady, great service.

Had my nails done here today and can't fault the place. The technician was lovely and did a beautiful job of my fingers and toes and reasonably priced. I hadn't realised they also do waxing so I may be back sooner than I thought!

My new regular salon for waxing - cheaper than other places, really quick and really nice girls. Didn't feel at all awkward and I was in and out for a hollywood and underarms in less than half an hour! She did a great job. I've been there a couple of times now and always had a good experience

First ever time getting nails and loved it. Went with a friend and the lady doing our nails (Ina i think her name is spelt) was lovely and bubbly and really enjoyable. Will be going again!

Love going here been going for a couple years everyone is so nice and friendly they male you fell super comfortable there. Me and my mum both go there and we always have really nice nails after 😊💅

Have been going to get my nails done for a few months now by Inna, couldn’t get any nicer staff wherever you go; every one of them are so friendly and my nails are of really good quality every time. Will also be going for waxing and tooth whitening!!

I have a regular therapist there she has worked miracles with my hard skin and disgusting feet and I can now where sandles and open to shoes, my hand and fingernails look amazing since regularly seeing Gina even though they are not just housework hands the sand strip and upcycle furniture they work hard I cannot recommend Gina enough for the miracles she has performed but her always happy friendly approach
