M. S.Favorite thing about this place was how gentle they were with my nails when drilling and filing. The techs are hard working and listen to what you want. End result was beautiful I had long coffin nails with white tips and hand painted snowflakes.
My only criticism would be for them to ask what designs customers wanted when booking so they know how long the sets will take and can plan ahead better. I booked my appointment for 12 and had to wait till 1pm and other girls who were sat with me had waited an hour as well and they kept taking more customers even though they were already behind. Other than that 10/10 and I will be returning :) x

J. E.What can I say about Ruby's. The service is always lovely. Spot on and take such pride in their work. I went in this evening for hands and feet and wow! The pedicure was amazing. Really took their time for me as I have felt stressed today. Then had my nails done. Beautiful colour. They also didn't rush me out despite it being past the closing time. Now THAT is great customer service. I have been going to them for quite a while now and would never go elsewhere. Thank you so much guys

S. 5.I never go anywhere else but here to get my acrylic nails done been going every two to three weeks for over eighteen months now, I love every nail design I have ever had and there is no design they have not been able to do! Very friendly staff great service, can not recconend enough!
