I’ve visited Sardaya today and before even touching my hair Helen sat down to explain the science of black hair, possible reasons for sensitivity of my scalp and skin. (Since this is my first visit) She relaxed my hair and I am Please to say that I am extremely happy with the result. No burning of the scalp what so ever my hair professionally done hair. Kim is absolutely lovely as well thanks for doing the final touches to my finished look.
The service is exceptional. And it good to have two people so informative, understanding and concerned looking after my hair.
Advise was also given on after care. If you love your hair I definitely recommend 100%
C. C.Today I had my first appointment at Sardaya's salon and as I hadn't had any hair treatment in years, felt slightly nervous. The staff were very friendly and Ellen quickly made me feel at ease as she willingly took time to impress her knowledge by giving me much needed advice for my hair type. I am mixed race with very curly but dehydrated frizzy hair. At the end of my appointment I felt reassured that I could go back to her to look after my hair as I could see immediate results from the products she used today. She also gave me a cut, shorter than I wanted but I had alot of dead ends so I guess was best to start again for more healthy growth. This is the start of my hair journey so thank you Ellen and staff. I know I'm in good hands. Looking forward to seeing you all again :)
