Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. The spa itself felt very welcoming. The setting feels very classy, luxurious and I noticed everywhere was spotless. My therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she endeavoured to make sure I was comfortable at every stage of the treatment. I was so pleased with my reiki session with Lynda. It was my first time of a full reiki session and first time at the Secret Spa but I will absolutely be back! I have already booked in! I had the red carpet facial with Fae and it really wonderful! It was exactly what my blemish prone skin needed and Fae was dedicated and thorough making sure every area of my skin was covered with both the dermaplaning and the extractions. The neck and head massage at the end of the treatment was super relaxing too. This is definitely my favourite salon to visit and I always feel all the staff never ever rush and really give you a high quality treatment every time.

There is not quite any words that can explain how amazing this salon is alongside the staff and the treatments they provide. I had the most amazing massage that I can recall and I have had a fair few having been in this industry for 10 years. All of the staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much. From the staff, the environment and the treatment itself to the smallest of touches such as decore … it was all second to none. Even down to the little details of providing pillows for comfort and giving me time to change position comfortably, everything was considered and it was delightful in every way. Enjoyed ‘Unwind Pamper Package’ with my sisters at the Secret Spa today. From the moment we walked in we were treated so warmly and made to feel comfortable and at ease. The massage and facial were both excellent and products used felt luxurious (I especially loved the face mask) We then went on to have a manicure and pedicure, there was a great choice of colours and treatments were very thorough. One of stockton heaths best kept secrets. Always a great experience! I enjoyed an express elemis facial which was tailored to my skin type and needs and included a shoulder, neck and head massage. I followed this with a deluxe pedicure which is one of of my favolurite treatments (make sure you wear trousers which you can lift up to the knees to get the full experience.) The spa is lovely and peaceful and gives a really nice chilled spa experience. Staff very friendly, professional and give the right amount of talk without spoiling the peaceful vibe. Will be returning.

The entrance area is so bright, clean and elegant and the beauty room where I had an hour massage treatment was warm, candle lit and smelt lovely. I was offered a drink instantly and welcomed with smiles and professionalism. My therapist was EXCELLENT! I can honestly say it was one of the best back and neck massages I have had! I felt completely relaxed afterwards and was left to pull myself together with a glass of water once the treatment was over. The therapy beds are heated which was also a nice touch. My nails are done to absolute perfection and don't chip or smudge. Also, had LVL lashes and a brow wax and tint and i love them so much. My lashes are so much fuller and longer and you can actually see my brows now, don't need to worry about drawing them on everyday. I cannot recommend this pretty spa enough!
