If I could leave a higher rating I would. Colin was absolutely fantastic. I went for my first ever massage. I suffer with a lot of pains. Not only did his massage work wonders but he made me so unbelievably comfortable. Just completely perfect !

After an initial mix up regarding my booking, I was offered a complimentary flotation session along with the Indian head massage I booked. The flotation experience was great and so relaxing. I booked a float session and pregnancy massage. The float session was brilliant and relaxing. I had floated once before in a pod but this was my first time trying a float room. It is spacious and has a really relaxing atmosphere. One recommendation would be to have the option of low playing background spa/relaxation music rather than pure silence. The float room and shower room was clean, tidy and everything you needed was provided for. My pregnancy massage was with Colin and it was extremely relaxing and exactly what I needed. I felt at ease and they made the bed extremely comfortable even at 39 weeks pregnant. All the staff were friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. All in all it was a very relaxing experience and I will most certainly return in future - I have already recommended CYB to friends!

Thank you for my first time of floating experience! I would definitely recommend it! It was so relaxing - although, the water went in my eyes and it stung! I think a pair of goggles would be advisable and this would be great if this was provided. I also really enjoyed my pregnancy massage - just what I needed! I nearly fell asleep! The best part was probably the head massage where I nearly found myself sleeping and then the masseuse said 'would you like some water?' and I realized I was back in reality. At some point, I thought she put something on top of my belly but I think that was just baby kicking me and telling me he had a relaxing time too, haha! Although, I thought I would also get a belly rub/massage - that would've been top notch! I think the 2 things I would suggest to improve is the music at the reception and also the seats - we came in to relax and unwind, the music at reception was the radio (i think?), would've been more tranquil if it was meditation or spa/massage music. The seats were also a little bit uncomfortable - i think I got a back ache from it and it didn't seem to support me. Apart from all of this, I would come recommend! Thank you for a lovely day :)

Just brilliant. Communication has been amazing throughout to make sure I knew what the new protocol was. The therapist has magic fingers. If you want a decent massage, come here. From the name of the salon I was initially a bit worried that it would be a bit too focused on the relaxing 'beauty' side but Colin does an excellent sports massage that worked right into the places I never even knew were tight. So good I now come every month. Definitely recommended.

Excellent experience having a 2 hour float session. Staff were friendly and went through the recommendations. My only wish is there had been a head rest or support float available. Room was very very small, and you had to change right next to the clouded glass door, so it felt everyone could see you!! Room had everything you would expect to find. I have been coming to this salon for deep tissue massage for a few months now. As a massage therapist myself I am rather fussy about the quality of my massages, I am also very sporty so constantly have aches and pains. Colin is just brilliant. I always feel so much better after my treatment. He is very professional and friendly. I love the fact that I can use the sauna before my massage so my muscles are nice and warm , it really improves the effectiveness of the treatment. Definitely the best back massage I've ever had !

Amazing experience, would highly recommend. The best Friday night I have ever had was spent at Create Your Beauty. My experience began with an hour floatation experience. I have to say I was a little apprehensive before I started as I was unsure as to how I would deal with the confinement of the tank; however this was no issue whatsoever as the tank is very spacious and does not feel claustrophobic at all. This experience is every mothers dream, an hour of pure peace, quiet, relaxation and ‘me time’. If you haven’t tried floatation, I would highly recommend giving it a try. Following my float I had one of the best massages I have ever had. Colin worked his magic with a perfect constant firm pressure working away the last of my stresses and strains. I left feeling very relaxed so much so I slept the best I have in a very long time. Since my floatation I now sleep with no pillows on my bed. This is a new thing for me as ever since I can remember I have been unable to sleep with out 2 pillows. Could this be the floatation’s doing, who knows but I do know days on and I am still feeling amazing after my experience, I am sleeping better, my waking fresher and my body feels less painful. The salon is very clean and well presented, the staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful and everything is provided for you for your experience. This salon offers many treatments and I will certainly be returning in the very near future for another pamper session. I had a lymphatic massage with Colin and for a few reasons it was one of the best treatments I have had. Colin himself seems extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing a very high level of treatment. I had never had lymphatic drainage before and I tried it after a recommendation by a friend. I have had some trouble sleeping lately but after my massage I felt incredibly relaxed and calm. In bed my body felt different and I almost sank into the mattress from a feeling of complete peacefulness. My head, arms, torso and legs felt heavy and light at the same time. I drank a lot of water as was recommended and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. Another thing I must mention about Colin is, he not only spent an extra half an hour with me - no therapist has ever gone over the clock like that in a massage for me before - he also leant me a book about the benefits of treatment in a floatation tank that he thought I might be interested in. All in all I left what I thought would be a perfectly normal massage, having come across someone very kind, calm and knowledgeable. Thank you Colin!

I just love the holistic approach. Eve equally is so lovely and amazing, she is the best for waxing I have ever had, she also does my nails beautifully, very professional. They use such beautiful products here, mixing oils and using organic products. The floatations tank is pure heaven, feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. This was probably one of the best massages I've ever had! The pressure was just right (my knots need a lot of working out, I have a lot of stress in my shoulders) and the use of a hot towel at the end of the session was a nice touch. My only negative comment (and it's minor) is that there is an audibly ticking clock in the room which takes away a little from the lovely relaxing atmosphere but you do forget about that after a while.

I found this beauticians with an offer on groupon and so glad I did. I had my first floatation session and was put at ease instantly by lovely receptionist. When I arrived for appointment i was given a drink and the floatation was explained. The room was really clean and had everything you need, no need for towels or shower gel/ shampoo as all provided. The float tank was much bigger than expected, and had lights which you could adjust or turn off, I left the ceiling star lights on which made me feel like I was floating in space. I was made to feel relaxed and not rushed while I got ready after treatment and even got a cup of tea made for me while I waited for partner to finish his treatment. I'm so glad i went to the spa and looking to book another appointment this week to try some other services, maybe facial or massage.

I recently had an Aqua Massage with Colin: a new treatment that combines massage techniques including shiatsu, acupressure and reflexology with the therapeutic benefits of floatation. It was quite unlike anything I’d experienced before and once I’d settled into allowing the water to take my weight I found it to be really calming and relaxing. I have chronic widespread muscle pain which means it can sometimes be painful to be touched but I found this technique to be particularly gentle and nurturing. I slept better than I have in a long time. Colin is an excellent therapist with a really intuitive and holistic approach - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the salon and look forward to coming in again.

Last night my back seized up after weeks of stress and abuse. I messaged the salon, and Colin kindly squeezed me in for a massage this morning. It was honestly the most amazing treatment I think I've ever received. Rather than be bound by one set 'treatment script', Colin created a bespoke treatment of deep tissue, stretches, and sports massage to help ease my muscles and bring back my flexibility. It was thorough, unhurried and personal and he was completely professional - I couldn't have asked for more. I feel so much less tense, and would go as far as to say that I even feel a little emotionally healed - it's been a stressful and difficult time lately, and this is the most calm I've felt in ages. I will most certainly be looking to make this a regular experience.

Hayley is lovely - she put me at ease with her friendliness & by chatting to me as well as being very efficient! It was about 45mins, from when I rang the salon, to when I left, post treatment. I also have no idea how she did it, but my wax was virtually painless - this from a girl who doesn’t usually deal with the pain of waxing very well! I am also, usually very red and blotchy for about 24 hours after, yet my legs are back to normal as I write this, 3hrs later! Thank you Hayley - you’ll be seeing more of me 😊

I am 34 weeks pregnant and in preparation for birth decided to have an intimate wax with Helen. I was concerned about having my wax as I am a therapist myself and know that waxing during pregnancy can be extremely painful and awkward for the therapist. I was told that create your beauty we're using a new system for waxing called Wax U and was reassured that the wax was designed especially to reduce discomfort for the client. I am amazed by the treatment I received! Compared to any wax I have ever had, this treatment was substantially less painful. My skin wasn't irritated or sore at all and the therapist technique was fantastic, focussing on my comfort the whole time. I will never have an intimate wax anywhere else again!!

I have been visiting this salon for many months now and have been very pleased with my course of 10 CACI face treatments by Colin and Sammi. My face is feeling a lot firmer. I am now continuing with 3 weekly maintenance sessions. I have also had very good, long lasting Jessica manicures with Helen. All staff are very friendly plus the salon is kept clean and tidy. Looking forward to trying other treatments. The salon retails Caudalie products which I have purchased and am very happy with.
