Initially I was very apprehensive about whether I had made a good decision in making the appointment, since it’s hard to trust someone you don’t know with a cosmetic procedure on your face. However when I had my first session with Donna, she put me at ease in a comfortable and quiet setting, and I found her really easy to talk to. Donna is particularly good at explaining the step-by-step procedure and after care, and I felt she really valued helping me to achieve the outcome that I was looking for - even though it wasn’t straightforward since I had previous eyebrow tattoo work. I believe Donna has a high level of expertise and experience in her profession. I am really happy with my eyebrows now and I owe that all to Donna. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

Donna does a great job at explaining the process thoroughly beforehand and tailored my brows to my natural brow shape. She kept me up-to-date on my brow’s progress the entire time totally making me feel at ease. I have never even tried microblading and decided to go ahead with her recommendation and go for the ombré brows and wow they are amazing wish I had gone to Donna sooner. After weeks of research looking for a PMU artist I'm so glad I picked Donna. I'm quite a picky and particular person (probably not the easiest of clients) but Donna was extremely patient with me! She quickly put me at ease by explaining the entire process before starting, constantly making sure I was comfortable as we progressed through the session. The shape of my brows are perfectly natural and complimentary to the shape of my face which is exactly what I wanted. The colour match too is spot on! Her aftercare kit together with demonstration before I left the studio is why my brows have healed so perfectly - complete with wipes, cotton buds, balm, brow wash, brow shields and a step by step leaflet. My brows are fully healed after my 2nd session and I'm still obsessed and in love with them. A professional and true artist - thank you Donna!!!

I have just had my 6 week top up and I'm blown away by what a fantastic job Donna has done to my eyebrows! I now no longer need to worry about penciling them in every morning and they look so much more refined and natural than before. From the initial booking back in October to today, Donna has been absolutely amazing and has made me feel so confident and at ease along the way. When I arrived to my first appointment, Donna made me feel utterly relaxed and I trusted her advice and judgement in terms of the shape and colour of my ombre brows. Even with my hair wet, she got the shade spot on which goes to show how experienced she is! My eyebrows look so natural and I am beyond ecstatic with them. Not to mention how lovely Donna is. She kept in touch before and after my appointment and was so friendly and welcoming during both appointments. The care pack she provided was also brilliant, including some antiseptic wipes, eyebrow wash, cotton wool buds, balm and an aftercare leaflet so that I was fully aware of what would happen to my brows between the 2 appointments - this was a great touch and something that not many other places offer. I will certainly be coming back for more top ups in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for someone experienced to do their eyebrows. Thank you so much Donna :-)

So glad I found Donna! I've had thin brows for years and finally decided to do something about it. From the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained the whole procedure thoroughly and we discussed my desired look. I had microblading and microshading (which was her recommendation) and I couldn't be happier! I had my eyebrows done on Tuesday I chose the powder ombré I was so nervous to get this done after looking into it for some time I decided to just go for it. The second I walked in I felt at ease Donna took the time to listen to what I wanted and she spent a great deal of time talking through with me about the process of the shaping and mapping of my brows , the procedure was absolutely painless and quick I am totally in love with the result not only do I love my new brows but the whole experience with Donna the entire time was chilled and relaxed and she was so friendly talkative and bubbly and made me feel so relaxed and calm I couldn’t be happier such a nice friendly person and a great artist! I cannot recommend Donna enough if you are thinking of this permanent makeup solution. With a busy personal and work life I have always been in front of the camera at a moment’s notice. Just Wow!! I can’t rate my experience with Donna highly enough. This was a big decision for me, as it should be, after all this is a tattoo on your face. I didn’t have the luxury of knowing an artist on recommendation, so I started my research and read lots of reviews before taking the plunge to book a consultation. I’m on the mature side of young and wanted someone that offered more than one type of treatment as I had no idea what was right for me. Donna talk me through the options and we decided on ombré. A week later my brows were done and I’m wondering why I didn’t do it years ago. You must definitely get your brows done by Donna Blanco Beauty!! Got my brows done for the very first time last year June and I must say, it was certainly the best choice ever! I was quite apprehensive on getting it done back then as I feared it wouldn't suit me at all. It was also the fact it was semi permanent which means I can't rub it off anytime I wanted. However, I was insecure of my uneven brows so I've decided to take steps to resolve this issue and asked Donna for advice. She briefed me and answered all my questions regarding the treatment. I was convinced and reassured I was in safe hands. So I decided to finally get it done. Donna recommended that I should get the combo brows which has microblading and ombre. It was my first time getting inked and I can only say that it was a lovely experience. Donna took good care of me and I really loved the results. I felt confident and ready to show off my brows. The thing I loved the most is not having to waste so much time in the morning doing my brows! I can't wait to get it done again next time!

Upon my arrival to her studio Donna Blanco was very warm and welcoming. On my first appointment I was hesitant and scared to do microblading. I was so anxious I didn't want to do anything to my brows at all at that point. She however gave me comfort and assurance by giving me tons of information and answering every question I had. At the end of the day what I really loved was her willingness to go with what I wanted and instead of forcing me to do something I didn't want to do or was uncomfortable with. I don't regret it at all! I opted towards microSHADING aka Ombre/powder brows and my mornings are less of a hassle. I wake up ready to go to work and my time of getting ready is cut 20 minutes short. She is absolutely amazing. She is willing to take time and make sure the template for your new brows is perfect and that you are 100% happy with it before going through with the ink. My process took an hour and she was so patient and kind during the process, she offered her professional opinions but at the same time respecting my desires. After the first appointment I was so scared because of how my brows looked but she continued to assure me that it is just a phase and that this is totally normal. After my second appointment that is when everything started to come together! I wanted to make some changes to my shape and again she did it the way I wanted. I am so happy with my brows and I would 100% recommend Donna to all my friends. It looks beautiful with makeup on and even better without, all my friends have been complimenting me.

Best experience! Donna Blanco is so confident in her work which clearly shows. I was fortunate enough to be her model during top PMU - Nez Hasan’s master class (earlier in the year) to which Nez was singing her praises. Not only is she very professional in her work but also has an artistic flair in creating natural hair strokes.
