M. M.I went to Sian at Progressive Lash Pro for lash extensions and was so pleased with the result and the service. I've had lash extensions before elsewhere, and it was so uncomfortable (pinching and painful, and itched after), I haven't had them done since but was recommended to Sian through a mutual friend, and after reading reviews and looking at her IG account I booked in for a new full set. It was very east and straight forward to connect and book in an appointment. Not only was she really welcoming and professional, the entire treatment was absolutely painless, Sian was clearly very considerate and good at the treatment. She helped me to work out the best lashes to use for what I wanted and went through everything first, explaining the difference between the types and how we could get to the type of look I was after - I didn't know there was so much involved! When my set was completed, I was very happy, they were exactly what I wanted. My friends also commented on them and said how good they were which was confirmation for me they were good! I also received very good after care advice so I knew how to look after them. They lasted much longer than I expected, and didn't itch or fall out excessively. I'll always go to Progressive Lash Pro for my lash treatments and lash extensions from now on and would recommend them to anyone who wants lash extensions doing! A wonderful service and experience throughout the whole process.

Everything technical and theoretical was explained in detail and there was space to ask questions whenever I needed to without hesitation. Sian is so so friendly and calm and gave plenty words of encouragement which made me feel more comfortable and at ease - which especially useful when picking up a new skill that I had 0 prior knowledge for. Having an experienced teacher who is ready, on hand, to help you and guide you through your course made the training that much more exciting and worthwhile
I was also given my own full kit so that I could then further develop my lashing skills. It included everything essential that I needed to begin lashing my own clients and Sian also gives you recommendations for where to restock for yourself once needed. She also checks up regularly and gives opinions and advice on the sets that I show her which is so thoughtful and helpful - she carries on her 1 to 1 training even outside of the lash studio so you’re definitely not left in the dark after you complete your course 😌
Thanks to Progressive Lash Pro I’m now a qualified lash tech and managed to learn an incredible and intricate skill from the best knowledgable lash tech herself!! 10/10 wouldn’t change a thing
