I have used lash lounge for both lash lift and eyelash extensions. Leah does my lash lift and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She is the best at what she does!! My lashes always look unreal after she does them, and they last ages too. Leah is a must for a lash lift! Bryanna has also done my lash extensions before. As I am used to LVL I was apprehensive of how I would look with classics, but again, she was absolutely amazing. She helped to recommended what would look best dependant on my eye shape and lash length/strength and she didn't disappoint, they were so full and fluffy (especially for classics) - I loved them!

Recently had LVL and brows waxed here by the lovely Leah! So so happy with my brows and lashes, had them done quite a few times by Leah and every time they’ve been perfect! Very friendly and always manages to book me in! Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to the Lash Lounge for a long time and have not once left disappointed! I get my Russian lashes by Sandra and my hair extensions by Faye - I am always getting completed on both my lashes & hair. They are both so lovely, extremely talented & make me feel so comfortable! When entering the lash lounge all the girls in the salon are extremely welcoming. I will never go anywhere else!!

Got my first set of lashes done here and they where so nice and professional from the start all the way through.. the atmosphere was lovely and the ladies could do enough to help me.. Natalia made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into the treatment room and gave me the most beautiful lashes. Can’t wait to go back for a new set.

I visited the Watford salon for the first time for Russian Eyelashes with Bianca during Covid. The salon is bright airy and very clean. Reception took my temperature asked a few Covid questions and provided me with hand sanitiser. Bianca made me feel at ease straight away and comfortably chatted whilst I had my lashes done. Took approx and hour and they looked amazing - super fluffy and a perfect length. They’ve lasted really well and I was very impressed. Will definitely be returning when they reopen.

The only place to get your lashes done. Sandra is so professional and my lashes always look amazing. I am a bad customer when it comes to booking as I don't always know where I am with work but she ALWAYS manages to fit me in. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling like I've just been round and had a hour chat with a old friend. X

The girls at the salon are always so welcoming and friendly. On multiple occasions (pre-COVID) I have had to bring my children with me, and every time the girls are more than accommodating. They have even included my 5 year old with a pretend brow treatment when she asked them, whilst my tint was developing. When my baby was crying, the salon owner Bianca, held her to calm her down so that I could relax and finish my treatment without having to leave feeling embarrassed - which has been the case at previous salons! My brows and lashes always look amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

She takes time, engages in conversation and ensures I'm happy with the end product before finishing. Her custom nail art is absolutely amazing. Can't reccomend more. Thank you as always

Great location, with good parking and access to the shop. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Had lash extension done by Bianca for the first time. She is extremely knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and talked through procedure which was comforting. Lashes look amazing! Would highly recommend 👍🏾

I’ve used Jodie at the lash lounge for my eyelash extensions a few times now, and removal. She’s lovely and friendly, she works hard you can tell as she’s always booked, but i always get my slot on time be it be morning or evening . I found the booking system with Jodie easy and also professional. And with a confirmation text and a text reminder service works great for me as I’m so busy. I find/found the salon visually nicely done and very clean and organised ( Hemel Hempstead), as i joined as a client just after our first covid lockdown. The salon has always been busy with the sound of girly chat and I find a warm welcome on arrival . I went for the more expensive lashes as i wanted the full look, I found them reasonably priced for a shop , you do pay less for infills if you drop from a 3 week infill to a 2 week infill and i found I needed to do that due my lash cycle. It would be nice if there was a discount on say- your 10th booking or something of that nature like the nail shops do, as looking good these days costs a small fortune for everything us women have done, but worth it- Running running a small local business myself i understand this isn’t always possible to do, especially in these uncertain times. I hope the shop gets to reopen soon I know it’s financially difficult at this time for the Beauty industry and I sooooooo need my lashes back haha!! But above all I hope everyone is safe and well.
