I have been a faithful customer at De Milo beauty for nearly 5 years, and am sad that I will no longer be able to have my full body massage as I’m leaving the area. Renuka has always been courteous and helpful, and recognised me when I made a booking; she and her staff have always been careful to remember that I can not have almond oil for massage as I am allergic. I am quite particular about my massage and have always found the staff here to be good at dealing with requests. I would highly recommend this business.

I’ve been coming here for two years for a full leg + occasional bikini wax. I’ve always brought my friend with me because I felt uncomfortable at first, but after my first session I’ve realised that Renuka was truly amazing! She made sure that I wasn’t comfortable and was talking to me (I’ve mentioned that I didn’t like the silence). She always has such a positive attitude and I love the conversation we have! Definitely recommend this place, especially if you live in/near Woking! Will also try out their massage/facials and other things real soon :)

I had a relaxation facial session today with Renuka and have to say that this woman is an angel. Even though she was focus on my face, my full body had felt relaxed after. I had a wonderful full body massage with Renuke, she was such a wonderful masseuse. Renuke takes great care in the customer service she delivers. Taking the time to find out where I was holding tension, to ensure she was able to determine how to split the time within the session. This attention to detail meant that I received maximum impact from the massage. Renuke was friendly and extremely welcoming, I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived, a feeling that continued for the duration of my time at De Milo. I would definitely recommend a visit, I know I will be going back time and time again.

I received the best full body massage yesterday. It was amazing from the care and attention to the perfect application of pressure. It really was tailored to my needs. The premises have also been refurbished and are sparkling clean and fresh. Honestly, the tension was removed and tension definitely released. No parking at the premises but plenty on the surrounding roads or for a few minutes walk in Woking Park. Fabulous local business and would highly recommend.

I am a regular customer at De Milo beauty and wouldn't go anywhere else. All treatments are carried out with professionalism no matter who carries out the treatment. I usually have the manager Renuka and she could not do enough to ensure I am happy with everything. She will go out of her way to ensure I can get appointment when I need one, even if that means working through her lunch break, staying late or opening up early. Yes, you can go somewhere else where the surrounds are plush but I promise you will not get the level of service and care that you get here with such competitive prices. That said, the treatment rooms are extremely clean and easy to relax in. There isn't parking on the premises but parking on nearby roads is relatively easy. I can't recommend De Milo beauty highly enough.

I started coming here with a groupon voucher and have been coming back ever since. I have a regular facial peel with the owner which is wonderful, relaxing and fantastic for my skin. She also gives excellent advice on follow up skincare without giving you a sales pitch. Massages here are fantastic. I have never had a bad one in 3 years. They ask you what pressure you like and then check if its ok. Although there is no on site parking there is plenty in Loop Road almost opposite. The premises are not like Clarins etc but to me that is all show anyway and I would rather get good treatments. The place is super clean, the staff are professional and friendly and its really good value.

It looks very small from outside but there are multiple treatment rooms inside. I have been a number of times and usually have a one hour full body massage. It has always been a good massage and very relaxing. If you are feeling stiff or sore in one particular area they will focus on it or avoid it to suit. If you buy another voucher after your massage then you get a very reasonable rate. Thoroughly recommend. One year on and still a regular customer.

On meeting Renuka I felt instantly relaxed, she was very friendly and asked me what I was wanting to achieve with my face and what were my expectations? After explaining this to her she informed me that the microdermabrasion I had purchased on Groupon is not the ideal treatment for what I wanted to achieve and recommended another treatment along with her reasons why. Renuka kindly offered to honour my Groupon purchase and transfer the funds to the new treatment which I thought was very noble of her. I felt she was genuinely interested in my skin's needs and not her own pocket which I respected her for and my trust in her was established. Renuka was very informative about her treatments and products and the benefits of them. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome and relaxed in her company. I have been going to this salon for around 10 years, Renuka and her team work so hard, the treatments are all of great standard and they always bend over backwards to accommodate you. If you can't get through on the phone leave a message and they will always get back to you once they have finished treatments.

Had the thread vein treatment. It was excellent and the lady did a bit more than I'd strictly paid for which was nice. The treatment stung a little but wasn't a problem. Otherwise I was comfortable throughout. It's been 10 days since the treatment and the red marks are almost gone. It's clear that my threadveins have been reduced/faded. I intend to go back for a follow up treatment once all the marks have faded completely.
