Fantastic service and great customer support. Nice little salon in the shopping centre with good prices. Neelam did my full leg wax, underarms and eyebrow threading and she was fantastic. Didn’t hurt as much as it usually does. She’s very approachable and friendly. Will definitely come back.

The lady that did my wax was so lovely, so gentle but also very quick so got it done with minimal pain. She really put me at ease as someone who doesn't deal with pain very well and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is the only place in Surrey that I trust to thread my eyebrows and face! They always do such a great job with minimal pain inflicted as they are all professional beauticians. Reviea Neelum did my most recent lower leg wax and full face threading and it was a wonderful experience. They also teach you where you need to grow your eyebrows which is really lovely and shows they know their stuff. Highly recommend her and the rest of the team!

I'm very pleased with the service. Neelam is an angel. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, going soon for the labour, so wanted a Hollywood Wax. The owner is very pleasant & professional. I was very nervous knowing the leg waxing but it barely hurt - great technique by the beautician! This will become my regular go-to.

I've been going to Nirvana for about 2 years now and cannot fault the services at all. Athough all the staff are very friendly, one person stands out the most for me, namely Neelam. Neelam gives the most fantastic massages, pedicures, manicures and threading. She is efficient, professional and always very friendly. Nothing is ever too much for her. The first thing I look at when I go anywhere are how the staff treat their clients, the cleanliness of the place and value for money. Nirvana tops all of these. I have been coming to navara ever since the salon opened. The best place in woking for eyebrow threading and waxing. Great for walk in appointments too. The ladies that work here are all incredibly friendly and make you feel at ease. They don't rush you through unlike some other places and really do a thorough job. Highly recommend!

5 stars to the girls, -5 stars to the owner/management. I was there for over an hour today, freezing cold because they have no door and the heating isn’t working. It’s a shame that the people at the top can’t see beyond their wallets, because the girls would work more efficiently if they were in a warmer environment but most of all it’s putting off customers coming in, especially as this business is seen as a luxury and to be honest, today was more like a chore. I will be back in the spring/summer unless the heating gets repaired.

I had been using a different salon since I moved to the woking area and I was never fully satisfied with my eyebrows. However, after finding Navara I am now really happy with how my eyebrows have turned out. I showed Robina a picture of what shape I usually have and she managed to get them back to what they used to be. Extremely happy with the results, I will now be a regular customer here, thank you!
