R. D.Just finished a 6 session course of laser and the results are amazing. I should have come sooner to Harborne Laser Clinic. I also regularly go for monthly microdermabrasions which leaves my skin in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this clinic.
D. H.I've been coming here for over a year now. Started with chin laser but ended up doing it all over my body. The perfect result has given my confident back. Everyone can notice no more hair. I can't thank Erum enough. I have also had microdermabarson a couple of times, which made my skin smooth and now I've made an appointment for dermapen. Erum is friendly and welcoming, parking facilities are ok too. Highly recommend this clinic.

I have just finished my treatments and would like to give an honest review.
I discover HLC via Groupon. I was attracted by the location and offer price.
Treatment: Laser - Legs - 6 sessions
Skin Type : Chinese
Medical condition : Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (Pcos) therefore continual excessive hair growth
Location : Harborne, but not on the main high Street. It's opposite the recently burned down bingo hall/ old theatre. Easy to find, 1st floor. Note no lift.
Parking : No parking, but you can park on side street for free on station road, outside the petrol station 30 seconds walk away.
Facilities : Very clean, quite, safe. The place is made up of two rooms. 1. Reception with sofas 2. Treatment room.
Staff: The place is run by Erum the owner.
Friendliness : Erum is a quiet but professional lady. Once you get to know each other, you'll find her very genuine, knowledgeable and trust worthy. She doesn't sell you packages or persuade you to do extra things.
Laser Machine : I've had laser atvother locations that use Soprano Ice but what I realised that despite the 6 treatments elsewhere, the hair was still growing back quickly due to my PCOS. The machine at HLC is a massive powerful machine that uses a high power voltage. Sorry I can't remember the name.
Hair regrowth : from the second treatment ( approx 4-6 weeks between sessions) I noticed a huge decrease in regrowth. By the 4-6 session I only shaved about once . Nb. You still have to shave before each treatment to maximise the surface area of the laser. I've noticed a big difference with the hair regrowth and Im sure thats down to the machine quality.
Pain : laser is not painfree. Some people have cried having their legs done, it all depends on your pain threshold. It feels like someone pulling an elastic band onto your skin. It was slightly uncomfortable the first session. The second session felt much better and you only felt it in the less prominent areas ie back of knees. by the 3rd session I could hardly feel a thing. Erum Makes sure you're OK and is very gentle during the process.
