Karla is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I have wanted powder brows for years but was too scared to have them done ( in case I ended up with huge slugs ) I have had Lumi Eyes done with Karla and that is when I asked her about my eyebrows She talked through every stage, putting my anxiety at ease and even did them on her annual leave!! After losing my eyebrows completely following cancer treatment I didn't feel good about myself but I can't praise Karla enough for the fantastic job she's done with microblading me some new ones! I feel normal again and so much better about myself. I can highly recommend her as she is so kind and professional and tells you in great detail the whole process, so happy with the results. I went to Karla for plasma treatment around my eyes. I was really bothered by the wrinkles under my eyes and around them. Karla was amazing! I've had botox done twice by karla and both times I've had the look I've wanted. I've had lip filler which was a correction of someone elses work and I'm beyond happy with them. I've had my eyebrows done using the powder brow technique, karla worked with me to perfect the perfect look and I'm beyond happy. Last but no means least the lip blush, karla was reassuring and gentle through the whole process and again the look I wanted. Beyond happy with all work done by karla and would definitely recommend. I've also used the laybuy app on Treatments and found that easy to use too.

Karla is amazing. She has given me a micro dermabration treatment and did my wedding nails and make up for me my mum and my two bridesmaids. She did a fantastic job, very professional and we all looked incredible. She took the time to ensure everyone was happy and she did an incredible job. I’m really funny about other people doing my make up and nails and have never been happy with them in the past when others have done them. But Karla did both of them perfect. I am so so happy! She is so lovely and friendly and helped put us all at ease. She even made me a personalised Mrs on my ring finger. She a Brilliant and I would recommend here to everyone !!

Karla has done so many beauty treatments on me I don’t quite know where to begin! Pre-lockdown id had nails, LVL, waxes, tints, spray tan, and eyelash extensions, all separate appointments! I originally went and had my nails done, Karla was just so good and has so much knowledge around her work that I had to go back for more! Professional, polite and excellent at sticking to her appointment times! I always leave her beauty room looking and feeling so much better & wont use anyone else for my beauty treatments now! Can’t wait for restrictions to be lifted to get my brows and lashes done again 😂
