Louise is an absolute professional. Her knowledge of the face, treatment and after care is the best I’ve ever experienced. Can’t say enough of how happy I am with the service and results. I’ve been going to her for a while and I recommend her without question!

Came to this salon only for the fact that it was the closest to where I'm staying temporarily in York My hairdresser Rebecca did the best cut and style I have had in a very long time !!! I showed her a quick picture idea of what I wanted and I explained the style I wanted also and the result is spectacular I am so happy with my new look and it's a shame I don't live locally Maybe it's worth the train journey from Newcastle to come just for my haircut !! Thank you so much, I feel great

I cannot recommend Louise at Loves Hair and Beauty enough! I have been seeing Louise for my Botox for the past 2 years and I am always over the moon with my results. Perfect precision and On point! I wouldn’t trust anyone else and have recommended her to family and friends who all agree! I’ve also had the profhilo treatment which I also recommend, Especially the morning after waking up glowing!

Louise originally did my botox for me in 3 areas, I was that impressed with her professional manner and how she looked after me as her client wanting the best possible results, I followed her advice on profhilo and bit the bullet and had this treatment also. I was dubious about profhilo as it was pretty pricey but ..... its amazing and i would 100% have it done again, it made my skin glow and wrinkles and face a lot smoother. im so happy ive found my go - to miracle worker on my face! Louise will make you feel at ease with any procedure and mother you even if you are 40 like me and a bit nervous haha! Im so happy with all the treatments that Louise has carried out shes amazing!!!

Absolutley cannot recommend this salon enough, everytime I go I have fantastic treatments, I've had botox and profphilo with Louise and the results were amazing !! First time at the salon my vist was absolutely brilliant the staff were friendly and professional and they really advise me regarding my hair. I am hair sore really bad and credit to Claire even with the head massage she was really gentle. Next time I'm in York I will be back.

I came here for hair colour correction here after starting to grow out henna. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I was given a consultation where a strand was taken and a skin allergy test carried out and clear advice offered. I already knew that it wouldn’t be a quick fix and will require a few more visits to get to my colour goal but I’m very pleased with the result and the colourists confident approach.

I got my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted today, very pleased with them. The staff are all lovely and it didn't take long at all. They matched my eyebrows to my roots and they look so much better and a lot more natural.
