J. E.Had my first waxing experience with Jemima the other day. Felt nervous at first but was reassured by Jemimas humour and experience. As a guy it can be daunting going for waxing, I would reccomend this place.
E. L.I wish I could give hundreds of stars to Prept. I started visiting Prept in February 2020 having never had my brows/lashes/nails/waxing done before. From the second I entered, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Suzanne and Jemima talked me through everything as I was nervous, and I haven't looked back since and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The salon is spotlessly clean, welcoming and so friendly. Both Suzanne and Jemima are absolutely pro's at what they do, they are both incredibly talented and I always leave my appointments thrilled with the results. They really are an exemplary salon and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. The atmosphere in the salon is amazing, and so welcoming and Suzanne and Jemima are always friendly and kind and hilarious! I do not have a single bad word to say about them, their salon or their work. Incredible ladies and business.

Suzanne and Jemima are both so lovely to talk to, we often put the world to rights and have a laugh at the same time!
