S. M.Over the past few years Emma has pierced both my daughter's and my ears, and she has been amazing every single time. She is extremely patient, kind and reassuring, and the after care is simply exceptional! Even self-inflicted problems 8 months after the event were immediately attended to, treated and solved as if part of the whole package. I really can't praise Emma enough.
