All good. Sent it to Alex and was told what needed doing. Had the lot changed, Full service then good for another 10k miles. Don't think I will have the bike that long now it is over 4 years old. Bosch motor. It came back today and I got on the bike. No more knocking, noises, clunking noises. All good stuff. Even got the front gear changed as I missed it was getting a bit worn, does the chain no good. But he noticed. New chain reciently so front gear as well now, What needed doing was. Nice one.

People like this are in short supply now days. My e8000 motor was noisy and clunky. Sent it off to these guys and it came back smooth and working like new. Great transparency throughout, easy book in service, quick turnaround and very happy with the price too. Highly recommended.

It turned out this place was too far travel. Although i couldn't make it there the friendly guy spent his time offering advice and trying to help knowing that i wouldn't be a customer. It's friendliness, desire to help, expertise, and passion like this that's rare to find and why i have no hesitation in recommending this place. Absolute star man , motor was sent off Thursday due to having problems and being out of service. The motor was all done and posted back to me and back on the bike by the Saturday would definitely reccomend for price , speed and quality of repair.
