K. N.Very helpful when asked for assistance. Bikes we reserved were given to us in good condition. Pricey though! Forgot our helmets at home, so had to rent off them. Unlucky to be charged for them when the rest of our friends got theirs for free!

A. “. A. O.The standard bike I got was fairly light and the gears worked properly. I would have liked a bottle holder but still pretty good and I would highly recommend hiring or bringing a bike to centre parcs making trips easy and faster with ample bike racks everywhere.
