M. G.My road bike needed some headset and rear wheel adjustment which was beyond my ability so I called Cycleworx and Tom booked me in later that day. He was clearly very busy since every man/woman and dog has discovered cycling during the current COVID times. His shop was rammed but he still managed to squeeze my bike into his workshop. He fixed my snags, made a few other adjustments and offered advice all for the princely sum of £15. A fine example of a local friendly business offering excellent customer service. This is the first time I’ve used Cycleworx and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was able to get a really good bike for a very good price here, also managed to get some lights a day later such was I very impressed. Would rather come to an independent place like this instead of a big brand place.

The work was excellent, fixed the rear wheel and also suggested the bottom bracket could be causing the issue, which turned out to be the actual fix.
