Did a full service last year on my Fox Shock. Shock developed small fault through no fault of Plush and they repaired free of charge 11 months later. They want to look after customers long term, highly recommended

Didn't purchase anything, but needed help with something urgent on a Saturday when all other suspension specialists were closed. The lad on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and generally a joy to talk to. If I lived closer I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop.

These guys were brilliant, i pitched up on a Friday with a bike I was building that wasn’t working well, they got me a coffee, ran through the options and got me sorted within 2 hours. A happy customer!

I've heard a lot of positive remarks on this place so I gave them a call. Adam was very informative and I was surprised to find that I could no longer get fork seals for my Specialized Epic Carbon. Apparently if they're over 3 years old that is about the limit! He has recommended a replacement but as it's a 26" wheel the choices are very limited. There is more choice online so I will go that route. Thanks for the advice tho lads.

From start to finish the service and experience was top drawer. I worked with Adam to sort out the correct rear shock from multiple options. Once agreed the ordering process was quick and efficient. I spent about 1 1/2 hours with Adam for a full suspension tune, the attention to detail was spot on. Results are fantastic, I also learnt a bit about suspension set up and was reassured they are only a phone call away if I needed help on setting tweaks. An All round bunch of knowledgeable nice guys with a great shop set up. I Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great customer service. I’d had my Sid forks fully serviced for the first time in 5 years. Booking and turn around was approx 1 month due to them being so busy. Had a useful call the day before I received them to run through what had been done and any niggles they found. After a couple of rides they didn’t feel right so took the bike in. Despite being extremely busy they were willing to spend 45mins stripping the forks down to investigate my whims. I discovered that sids are nowhere near as smooth as my lyrik forks. Probably a touch of suspension anxiety. Sorry guys. Great customer service!

After a year of moaning how my Santa Cruz Bronson rode, I finally took the time to get it set up by Matt @ Plush. My god! What a difference. Literally like having a new bike. Genuinely the best £40 I've spent in a long long time.Can't say thank you enough. I'll be back in the summer to get it serviced before I hit the alps! Keep up the good work!

Have used Plush for a few things now, and it is high time I gave the guys at Plush some Kudos. I have BOS fork, and shock on my YT Capra, and there are only a few places to get them serviced, I did a search on the internet, and also saw them on YouTube doing some stuff with Matt Jones, so I thought I would give them a try. They serviced my rear shock last year and fixed the broken climbing lever, and also sorted out my Roval wheelset, where my local bike shop failed, the guys at Plush excelled, this time they serviced and fixed my front shocks, they fell awesome now, just like new. There's a lot of negativity on the internet, so thought I would balance it up with a bit of positivity. I cannot praise the guys at Plush highly enough, very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do, really efficient service, and all for a very reasonable price too. If you are looking for somewhere to get stuff sorted on your MTB, then look no further, these guys won't let you down.

I can not recommend these guys enough, fast fork turn around great prices. Adam helped with a suspension set up learnt so much and got my suspension set up to a better position to dial it from. Had my Fox DHX Air 5.0 service by Plush suspension recently, shock works perfectly, absolutely spot on customer services and genuinely friendly guys, offered a coffee when collected my shock and recieved a free mud guard, will use again if needed.

Has to be one of the best suspension company's around really friendly service expert knowledge. I certainly won't be using anyone else for my suspension needs

I left my bike and and its abused and confused fork and shock with Matt for a full service. When I went to collect it Matt finished the job by setting the bike up to suit my weight and riding style. Great service.
