Sito ed app ben gestiti ed intuitivi, facile e veloce da usare, in caso di problemi l'assistenza è pure molto veloce e chiara, ottima. Piccola grande pecca è che ogni tanto si può capitare con bici un pò rotte o addirittura con una bici che non si stacca dal paletto, raro e facilmente risolvibile ma che fa comunque perdere tempo.
