Well managed and intuitive site and app, easy and quick to use, in case of problems the assistance is also very fast and clear, excellent. A small but big flaw is that every now and then you can end up with slightly broken bikes or even with a bike that doesn't detach from the post, rare and easily solvable but which still wastes time.
