First class service here. Fair prices, super friendly polite guy. So efficient as has accessible lockers for your bike if you can’t drop during shop hours & fully secure. Has supplied a stand also by lockers with bike tools there to use for free for a bit of do it yourself, even if shop closed you can access. What’s not to love. Just brilliant!!

Left my hybrid in to have two new tyres fitted and the cable to the front derailleur replaced. Work was carried out quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. The bike mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use Bike Spanner again! 😀

I brought my Cube road bike in for a service before putting in the miles over the summer. Very impressed with the store and staff. Bike put up on the rack and a few faults diagnosed quickly. Prices are fair and a full invoice with breakdown of every piece of work done provided. Had the bike back in a good timescale and when I first got it back out on the road it felt like new again, the gears shifting smoothly again and all round a tighter feel. I’m that happy with the service I’ve brought my dad’s TCR in for a similar service and most likely will have my brothers TCR in too at some stage!

Took my bike in for some service work and was really impressed. Staff were friendly, very helpful, and understanding of my needs, breaking down what needed done and the cost. I was served by a great genuine guy who wasn’t pushy and was honest and transparent about the work that needed done. The repair was completed earlier than expected and was of excellent quality and exactly what I asked for. A very professional outfit with genuine staff that are willing to help. Prices are also very reasonable. Excellent service worth recognition, would highly recommend. :)

My bike is getting on for 15 years old now and never really been serviced. Things had started falling off and breaking before Christmas so I took it to Bike Spanner just over a week ago and they were able to give it a look over and recommend what work needed doing, as well as carrying out a couple of minor jobs that I highlighted. I went to collect today and it feels like a new bike. Very pleased with the honest, friendly service and cant wait for a much smoother commute. Thanks!

Phoned a few shops as I needed a cassette changed. No-one was interested because I never got the bike from them, phoned David in the bike spanner who was busy but said he would help. Second time I had a problem with a back wheel again he helped and was not going to charge me as it couldn't be fixed. Try getting service like that from the big stores. If you need work done on your bike use this place 100% great service. Only place I'll use from now on.
