I ordered my wings bike by telephone. It wasn't in stock, bit they had it ordered in. And it arrived 3 days later. They informed me by phone and by email. I drove up the following day to collect it. The nice friendly staff member greeted myself and my son when I came through the door. And he also very helpful. He brought out the new bike and it was ready to ride straight away. I also decided to to treat my son to a new helmet to go with his new bike. Another member of staff cane to assist. He was so helpful with sizing and colours ect. I couldn't recommend a shop or the staff highly enough. Overall a enjoyable experience.

Needed a new lid after a fall at the weekend, Graham spent time and care to be sure I was getting a well fitted helmet with colours and design that I wanted. He wasn't pushing the most expensive or any particular brand, he was very attentive and made numerous journeys to the store room to get me sorted. Saving money on my shopping budget and had more help from Graham in selecting new shades, again he time spent with me and with his good knowledge of the products I left the store a happy customer and will be returning in the near future. Have been buying off these guys since before the Internet was even a thing. Rarely have any issues with them, and if I do encounter problems they have always been pretty quick to resolve them. I shop with the local bike shop as much as possible, and suggest everyone else does as well whenever feasible, but for everything else there is Chain Reaction and I have yet to be let down by them.

After buying our sons 2nd bike (nukeproof mega) we had some issues and the guys in the Belfast store sorted them out and upgraded some parts to the tune of £300 at no cost to us , we are absolutely amazed buy their customer care and they absolutely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy (with no pressure may I add) I am a customer for life. Called in to the store today with a 26" rim which was out of true and in a bad way once I showed the guy at the desk this he directed me to the back of the store where I got to meet Michael from then he had took it off me and was determined to get it fixed. About 10 mins later the wheel was true and in a better shape. Thank you again Michael it was great chatting to you Wouldn't go anywhere else the team at Crc belfast are always a pleasure to deal with.

I understand this is the Belfast store, but wanted to put in a good review here. This was my first time ordering from Chain Reaction Cycles. My 2016 Trek X-Caliber 9 was squished on the back of my Motorhome when it was hit by a DUI driver. The bike was totaled. I needed a new bike and wanted one ASAP. I could not find one in stock here in America. After a friend recommended CRC and Vitus brand I checked out their website and found the bike I wanted - in stock! They had my Vitus Rapide CRX 29 Carbon to me here in Philadelphia within 10-days of ordering! Quick delivery & easy assembly. Overall, an exceptional ordering experience. I will look to them for future bike needs.

I sent my rear wheel hub to be serviced after 12,000km on them. They swapped new bearings and I'm happy with the work quality! I sent the bike on Sunday and collected it on Monday, which is very reasonable time. The staff named Gary was also very enthusiastic about bikes, which is a good sign for a bike shop. The only gripe I had is that they lost my tail lights attached to my saddle bag. Despite that, I think I will return though due to its proximity to my accomodations, and I don't have a car. I also bought endura n DHB gloves, and chain lube here.

I ordered a part online which turned out to be surplus for the repair and they let me return it for free via Asda with no hassle. The time i went to the store for new discs i explained the issue and the staff advised a repair for the existing discs and that i should only have needed new pads. The fix worked and they were right about the pads. Very helpful staff and they saved me the cost of two new discs. I always go here because i know they won't try to dip your pocket for anything you don't need. Any tools I've bought here have also been very good quality at a reasonable price.

The people at the store are nice and knowledgeable but the bike I purchased (about £700) has problems. After only 6 months, the chain broke taking with it the front derailleur. The tires that came with the bike were also low quality. I had them changed after getting two punctures on my second time out. I just wanted to follow up with you. I had the bike repaired at the store. They did a good job. The price of the repair was £32.

Poor service. I needed a new free hub body for my willier bike (bought from crc). A young member of staff suggested i needed a new wheel. They hadn't even the correct tool to remove it!! Went to halfords and they removed the freehub foc. Although had not got a replacement i was able to take the part to slane cycles and get a similar item. Disappointed with crc service considering the bike was bought from them

Fantastic service from the guys at this store - was checking out bikes on there website and saw a bike I liked but was unsure what size to get for my height so I phoned the store with the bike details and my height details - The chap said he would go and sit on the bike I wanted to check the sizes as he was the same height as myself and phone me back with the right size. The shop guy phoned back with the size I should buy which I went to buy online and is now being shipped to Kent . Great service which is hard to find these days will definitely shop with chain reaction cycles again 🚵

I visited the store recently interested in an E MTB. I was very quickly served by Dave who talked me through some options and then allowed me to experience and test a model very close to the one that I was interested in. Dave gave me lots of time to try out the product and helped me decide the correct frame size. I felt very at ease during this process and felt totally confident in that I was helped to choose the perfect product to suit my needs. I therefore decided to go ahead with the purchase and selected a Cube reaction hybrid sl 500. One week later I came back to the store to collect my bike. The staff had already contacted me to make me aware that it was ready and had fully charged the battery. On this occasion I was served by Murray. He was extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to carefully help me select a couple of additional components for the bike. I felt totally confident in his knowledge and advice (I do have a fair bit of knowledge myself being an ex triathlete). The whole process was first class helped by great staff and a fantastically equipped store. I felt that the staff honestly helped me select the best product for my needs. I have now used the bike on two occasions and am very impressed. It is extremely well made and works perfectly. After a two hour cycle over rough terrain in Donegal the battery still have 50 percent charge left!

Still quite a few items with no price. Critical when your trying to sell stuff!!!! Needs a good tidy. Its getting better. Which is good because it wasn't great at all this time last year. I've been told there's a new manager since then so, a work in progress. Covid probably hasn't helped either. Good friendly helpful staff though.

Shopped there for the first time. All went well. 3 Items, correct sizes and models. Ordered Sunday night and received my package in Toronto next week Monday (8 days total, it was a standard tracked shipping). The guys bent the pump's cardboard packaging to fit into the shipping box. Lol Other than that no issues. Will shop with them again.

A fantastic company to get MTB bike parts from, been using them for months and I had no problems with them. Never had to contact customer service because of that. It's not the most cheapest company to buy from sadly, but it's always great to check up on their clearance or offers now and then.

Fantastic store. The service we got i would say was first class. Very knowledgeable people and catered for all our needs. A great selection of bikes and accessories to suit everyone. It's nice to be in a store where you are looked after and made feel like you matter. Other stores should pay this place a visit and see how customers should be treated. On a recent visit to the shop I was pleasantly surprised on the size of it. Plenty of bikes both DH and road. Spoke to Steven who was very knowledgeable about road bikes. To be honest, with the reputation of the online store I expected more from the shop. With the amount of kit that they have at their fingertips I don't understand why they fill their shelves with a lot of mediocre stock. This should be a place where you can go to get a spare inner tube but end up spending half an hour drooling over the latest kit. Instead you go in and see rack after rack of the same dull t-shirts in small or XL, never the size you may want. Just basically, could have done better.

This is my local bike shop! Prices are always reasonably competitive and advice spot on. I have been talked out of buying kit on two occasions with advice on how to solve the problems. Not to mention, their shipping to the US via DHL gets me my gear faster that most of their stateside competitors using domestic shipping. Also, all of my shipping has been free! One of the sales guys (Dave) started to talk me through the different option and must have spent 45mins explaining all the different bikes available. Great service from these guys. Had over 50 orders delivered never had wrong item or wrong colour. Only thing I can fault them on is the delivery service but that's the royal snails fault. Normally pay for 2-3day delivery but has taken upto a week to arrive.

I was there for the first time with my son who is only getting into mountain biking I was talking to a member of staff who approached us and we'll knowledge a real down to earth man to deal with , my issue wit crc is so many of the tyres had no price on them.and that is so annoying come on how hard is it to price stuff ? Basically I have to take a tyre up to.the till area to get a price not good enough. Other than that staff seem friendly so that's good . Sort out the pricing labels please.

so it's a bit pricey and corporate, but they have top quality customer service! the workshop guys are very helpful and you'll find a great range of products. For those who like to do their own maintanance like me, they have a great range of tools and their own brand (x-tools) are cheap and good.

Looks like many peoole are mixing up reviews of the Boucher Road shop which is excellent and sometimes has stock even the WiggleCRC website doesn't, and WiggleCRC itself as an online entity (which probably doesn't deserve 5*). I live in Surrey and have found WiggleCRC mostly OK but this large shop in Belfast where my parents live causes the likes of McConveys an inconvenience for good reason. Got my Carbon Sommet in store about six months ago built, prepped and with a proper suspension setup in about an hour and a half. I didn't phone ahead, I just walked in, saw my size and asked how quickly they can set it up and they sorted it. Bash WiggleCRC as a large organisation all you want, this shop in Belfast is pretty good!

Went in the end of last week to look at a full suspension mtb after being out of the game for 10 years or so got speaking to Dan very knowledge, no pressure, happy answer as many questions as I had, visited the shop two more tkmes before deciding and Dan again happy to speak to me about the bikes any questions right down to basic maintenance etc, couldnt recommend Dan and CRC enough excellent service even during these strange times
