Absolutely brilliant service. I’d ordered two items and called to check on dispatch time, one item wasn’t in stock so Slane quickly agreed (early afternoon) to amend the order and dispatch the in stock item which arrived 08:00 next day(!). No fuss just great service. Would recommend

Unbelievable service in this day and age I was after some giodarna bib shorts, I ordered two pairs in small Slane cycles, Paul, rang up later and asked my weight, height as a guy there said small was really tiny , i'm 64 kg. So Paul said I'll send two sizes small and medium and a return postage bag let us know which fits best and return the other and we will send out another . That's what i call 5 star service ! shorts arrived next day as well these guys are tops !

In my search for a Whyte 905 V3 I can count myself very lucky that I found the Medium size that I wanted at Slane Cycles. I phoned to confirm that it was in stock and subsequently purchased it online. I placed an online order for a Garmin Edge at about 2pm, and it arrived (in Scotland) before 1pm the following day. Can't beat that! The price was really good too - about £20 cheaper than Wiggle, etc. (Packaging was also great - not too little, not too much.)

Ordered a garmin vivoactive 4s smart watch on 28/08/20 and the website said next day delivery (I was desperate for it to be here before the end of the month). Rung the shop and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who advised it would definitely be here next day as I was a bit sceptical as no where else in the UK could promise this delivery time for this product. Great service. I must admit I was initially a little wary of the website because of it's presentation, but I needn't have worried. Super quick dispatch and super quick delivery by Royal Mail as well, which is often a deal clincher for me as so many other couriers are the weak link in the chain. Was looking for a specific multi-sport watch and found Slane selling at £30 cheaper than anywhere else, and with free delivery. Checked online reviews for Slane and they were very good, so I ordered watch at just before midnight on Monday and received the watch (very well packaged) at lunchtime on the Wednesday. Brilliant price and service!!!

Ordered product online about 2pm, it arrived the next day (royal mail took it back, despite me being in, but that's another story). Great product and the best price I found anywhere (Garmin vivoactive 4s). Thank you.
