Ordered an exercise bike and it arrived the following day. The bike was easy to assemble and use and gets daily use now & is helping me get back in shape so I'm very happy. The only issue so far was communication over delivery times. The website said (something like) 8-10 days for delivery which was a lot longer than I was hoping for (I could get the same bike on Amazon with next day delivery but preferred to buy direct) but it would give me time to clear a space to keep it. The delivery arrived the following day which was great but I didn't have anywhere to put it as I was expecting a few more days to clear a space!

I ordered an s400 treadmill direct from JLL. The ordering process was very easy and delivery estimes were given. The treadmill was delivered within the time frame stated with no problem and I was able to pick the delivery day via the courier which I liked as I knew I would be in to receive it. Assembly was straight forward thanks to the clear instructions provided and the handy you tube video that JLL have produced to guide you through assembly. The treadmill itself is very good quality. It has all the functions on it that I need out of a treadmill and is very good value for money. All in all I am really pleased I ordered direct from JLL and I will definitely consider further purchases from them.

recently brought IC 400 Elite, the whole process was very easy. spoke to one of the sales people for advice, ordered on line, delivered quickly. i used it for my first session and it is very sturdy and a good size, i am 6 foot 3 inches and there is loads of adjustment. very good value for money.

Ordered through a third party company, unfortunately my purchase was damaged in transit. I did a lot of interweb bashing before I made the plunge with JLL. To date, the bike has stood up to harsh daily use by the family - five of us. It's a sturdy piece of kit and I expect it to continue to take the strain. When we unpacked it one of the small wheels, used for moving the bike, was shattered. I received a replacement 24hrs after reporting it. The bike itself is great to use, it can take a lot of weight and is comparable to any circa 2019 spin-class bike I experienced. I have no hesitation recommending the IC400 Pro.

You're probably wondering whether you should order from here after seeing all these mixed reviews. But credit to JLL because they are working very hard. They do actually have a message on Google saying their "skeleton staff" are trying their best to meet customer queries, but obviously this pathetic pandemic malarkey is making life hard for them, and pretty much every business there is. Regardless, I can happily say that I have received my set of weights. I ordered them last Friday and they arrived today, so it took about 5 days. I did try to call JLL earlier to see when they would deliver but didn't get through to them. However, after an email I did get a speedy response and a tracking number provided for DHL who delivered the item on the day and time they said they would. In conclusion, it is safe to order from JLL and they will get round to everyone I am sure. And given how nearly all other fitness equipment providers are out of stock on nearly everything, JLL is a good place to make an order. Just be a patient customer.

With the COVID situation making it near impossible to get any fitness equipment, I needed a new barbell. During this period of lockdown I have been on the lookout for an Olympic Barbell that wasn’t massively inflated in price. Luckily after coming back and forth to this site for a few weeks, some became available last week. It was great to see a company not taking advantage of the current climate and I was able to buy a barbell for a very good price. What surprised me even more was the fact the delivery came within 36 hours, again even more impressive with everything going on at the moment. Me and my Partner have recently purchased the T350 treadmill. It's a gym quality treadmill I can have at home. The programmes on it are really good and keep me motivated and challenged. I was also really impressed with how easily it folds up and down. We dont have the space to have it down all the time so this really suits our needs. I must also rate the bluetooth inbuilt speakers, they are great and powerful. Just the thing to keep you running!! My delivery was really quick and without a hitch. I have struggled to find any weights in stock anywhere at a reasonable price... Argos, Amazon, etc. Came across JLL by chance in a Facebook group, ordered 20kg adjustable dumbell/barbell on Monday and even with reduced staff and potential delays with delivery, arrived in perfect condition on the Wednesday. Why can't all company's be this good? I purchased a spin bike, a part was broken, I emailed them on a Sunday and had an automated reply stating their office would be open Monday. Within an hour of opening on the Monday an email stating a new part would be sent out as well as a charming email along with an apology; at lunchtime I received an email stating the part had been dispatched, the next morning the part was with me! Following loads of positive online reviews I bought a JLL rowing machine. Ordering direct from JLL proved cheaper that Amazon and delivery was very quick. The machine was straightforward to assemble - just make sure you sort out all the parts before you begin and follow the instructions carefully. I'm very impressed with the build quality and the machine is comfortable and easy to use for both me and my wife (6' and 5'1" respectively). Overall, a great buy and highly recommended.

Shambolic. Exercise bike delivered with no handles or seat bar or "stabilisers" - lost by courier. Courier claimed to have delivered a week ago. Finally arrives - the wrong parts. RE 500 Recumbent bike. I've had this recumbent bike a while now and I am as pleased with it today as I was when I first got it. It's the bike that keeps on giving: a great workout, extra comfortable seating, easy to use, clever design (even the ledges on the computer to stand your tablet or mobile) and smooth ride! It is as robust as you'd find in the gym, solid but streamlined. I've nothing but praise for their Customer Care too and I'd recommend them.

Bought JLL rowing machine a month ago. Very happy with this machine, it ticks all the boxes for what was essentially a low end rowing machine, price -wise. I had read a few online reviews saying that the tension was no good, but went with the many reviews that said it was worth the money. In my opinion, this rowing machine is well worth the money paid, which I believe was £165.00. The tension is very good, I have been using it on tension level 3, and not felt the need to step up to level 4 yet and I am no weakling either, one month in. Very happy with my purchase, and would certainly recommend it.

The items were reaaly good value but only let down by inacurate casting of the collar thread which made it almost impossible to screw the collars on to clamp the cast weights onto the handles. This only affected one dumbell. I over came the problem in the end but not without some blood sweat and tears. So all ok now. I bought this JLL sit-type bike for just over £100 after a knee replacement operation. It provided a means of improving the bend in my leg (essential for recuperation in this operation) and some exercise; as using the gym was not practicable. I can recommend it both for the service it gave me, recuperation and for value. I intend to recommend this type of exercise and product to the Institute of Orthopaedic Surgery for knee replacement patients.
