He is such a loving person as well he is committed to his professional. He treated my bicycle very well looking to each and every problem of it. I was really admiring the way he fixes the issues, handle with people and also his office space is well organized. I recommend fox for everyone who needs repair work for their bicycle.

Highly recommended! The RedFox District service is very professional and reliable. Mr Fox is an extremely knowledgeable guy; he knows his trades inside out. He explained to me, from a professional perspective, how the gears work and went the extra mile which was very helpful. I was very lucky to find him around Erdington, it is so convenient. And now my bicycle works perfectly, thank you so much!

Went to Red Fox for a brake bleed and was impressed with his workshop. Booked me in for a next day repair and carried out the work whilst I waited! Super friendly guy with lots of knowledge and experience who goes above and beyond to get the job done. There were a few problems with my brakes and he was up front about the issue and didn’t charge me for work that couldn’t be accomplished. He even carried out some research for me and contacted me with advice the next day. Red Fox provides a much more personal service than the major chains would be able to. Would definitely return to this mechanic in future.

If your bike is not right then get red fox to make it right for you. Or even build a bike just to suit you. Top tech knows his stuff plus makes the workshop a happy place to get your bike fixed tuned and also improve your knowledge of your own bike. highly recommended

Highly recommend. Great bike services for myself and partner Rob. Attention to detail was great and we are glad to have found someone who is passionate about bikes locally, and doesn’t charge the moon. We were lucky enough to meet his kitten so I’d like to give 6 stars but I’m limited to 5 sadly.

Fox offers a fantastic, personable service. He installed new brakes, chain and gears on a 2nd hand mountain bike I had bought. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers great value for money. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Everytime I sit on my bike I remember to write this review but then I get distracted by my toddler and forget about it. 😵‍💫😅 Anyway.. I would like to highly recommend Red Fox. We learnt that he is not just our neighbor 🥳 but a very kind and patient professional who is ready help with any problem about your bike. He didn’t just fixed my bike but explained everything to me. The price was also very reasonable moreover.. he gave me a 40 min long workshop in the end. So again! Don’t hesitate to contact him if your bike is in need of a good care! 👌🏻🤩

What an amazing guy. Got a tyre puncture in my bike and after looking on Google, I text him and replied instantly. Told me to come down. He repaired the puncture straight away to get me up and running again. Very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Told me what I need to get long term. What amazed me...he took nothing! I offered and insisted but he was adamant that he doesn't want anything. Don't get individuals like that these days who go out their way to help you for nothing. Will be booking him in for a bike service just to repay his gratitude. Will be pushing any business I can his way!

We were in Birmingham before starting a bike tour around the UK and Ireland and stopped in to get a few specific things fixed as well as get a general pre-ride tune up. Fox was so helpful and fun to hang out with. There is a reason he only has five star reviews!
