As a keen enthusiast I like to do my own repairs if possible. When I suffered a broken spoke I discovered that fixing it might not be as straightforward as I first thought due to the design of the wheel and it's straight pull spokes. Luckily Scott were very quick to confirm what spokes I needed and I discovered Custom Cut Spokes. They quickly delivered a replacement and a few spares. With the appropriate Park Tool the repair was easy. Cheap enough to give it a go and learn a new skill.

Phoned for some advice on spokes for a set of wheels I am building. The guy I chatted with had time to talk and gave me some good advice as well as reassuring me on the other parts I'd selected for my wheel build were good for the intended purpose. Even though I had sourced these parts from others. Orderd the spokes from them online on the 8th December, they were shipped on the 9th December and arrived on the 10th December.
