Matt Spencer was recommended to me by a friend. I made the call, discussed my requirements, got costs, and then booked him to come and assemble our 2 new e bikes. Our bikes are more complex than most, and I wanted someone who could give a white glove service and treat our bikes right. From the moment he arrived Matt was very professional and did a great job. I might also use the words dynamic, flexible, skilled, patient and genuine to describe this guy. If you want someone who will go the extra mile, take care of your pride and joy, give you everything you asked for and more then this is the technician for you. If he could get 11/10 he would! Brilliant Service - I had two bikes that hadn't been used in some time and requested the 3 star service for both. Matthew scheduled me in then next day due to some cancellations. Robert turned up and serviced both bikes mentioning they didn't need much done and a 3 star service wouldn't be required. Exceptionally professional service, honest and efficient. Will be recommending and utilising in the future.
