Had the free hub on my road bike seize! Andy sorted it really quickly even though he had to source odd sized bearings for it! Got me my wheel back ASAP and back on the road and training again within the week. Great service, very knowledgable and really decent to deal with. Cheers

Brilliant bike mechanic. Very knowledgeable with all aspects of all different types of bicycles. Can fit your own parts or will source them for you. Collection and delivery service is so useful. Andrew looks after all my bikes and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was able to drop my bike off on Bank Holiday Friday and if they hadn’t of had to wait for parts I could have collected it later the same day. As it was my bike was ready on Monday and with the gears and brakes plus new tyres etc all working like a dream. A bit like having a new bike. Andy at Cycle-Tech Bournemouth built a bike for me earlier this year. He took a LOT of time to ensure that everything was done to my specification and checked/suggested with me along the way my requirements. I had previously given up on bike mechanics in the local area, and after seeing some of the so-called bike services of friends bikes from big local shops I did all of my own servicing for many years Andy is the exception to this rule, I would trust him with all of my bikes and genuinely recommend him to any cyclist regardless of level or cost of bike. Andy is a fully trained mechanic and continues to regularly improve his skills to encompass bike fit and custom set-ups. He is totally meticulous which was great for someone as fussy as me. The great thing about Andy is that you can talk to him directly and don't have to go through the shop assistant. His cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Andy has done a cracking job on my Cervelo R5 full serviced before my E’tape event then converted my gear set from 10speed to 11. No job too small or system to complicated for Andy and he picks up too which is a bonus👍
