My rear wheel was stolen recently. I took it to another store first, they charged me unreasonable prices for a replacement and had the bike sitting in their shop for several days with no progress, said I'd have to wait a few more too. I decided to get a refund and take the bike here, where I was charged half the price and my bike was ready to go within an hour.

Went there few weeks ago and had my kids bikes serviced. The turn around time was fantastic less that 24hrs. Very friendly service and good prices. I have since then bought a second hand bike from the shop and I very happy with it. Now me and my boys can go on nice bike rides. Since then I have recommended them to my friends. Will be using this bike shop again

Ahmed is such a helpful chap. My son broke his bike on the weekend and needed it for school as he cycles to school and back every day. Ahmed fixed the bike when he was really busy with other repairs. The price was great and the service absolutely superb. Ahmed is a great, friendly and really helpful guy to use if you have bike issues in Bournemouth.

I can't recommend a better place to have your bikes repaired or serviced etc. I took my bike in to have the child seat fitted correctly as it was rubbing on the back tyre. The owner is ever so friendly and very very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my bike and the seat, he also gave the whole thing a once over to give me peace of mind it was safe for my little one and I to use. I definitely won't be using anyone else from now on when it comes to my bike.

We ve been recommending this shop to our friends, the owner couldn’t do enough for us. We have a motorised wheelchair which has had some issues, he has helped us so many times with it, thought of ways to help and has worked really hard to make sure it’s mended every time Our daughter takes her electric scooter here too 👍🏻👌🏻

it was very professional and the owner is extremely nice! he’s very aware of what the bike has and what’s wrong with it. this is an amazing bike shop, same place i got my scott aspect, been working amazingly and the bikeshop helped me very well with my bike. i would recommend going here more often!

Ahmed recently did a full service on my Cannondale Scalpel Carbon 29" The bike had a number of problems, and Ahmed told me at the start that all cables will be replaced gears stripped rebuilt and he was true to his word. The price was exactly what he quoted me and he fixed all the issues the bike had and a few others that i wasn't aware of. I really cant fault his work and would highly recommend him to anyone. The attention to detail was amazing and the bike now rides like new.

I bought a super second-hand bicycle from,'Professional Bike Shop'. Friendly enthusiastic service from staff but declined to 'haggle'. Staff said they could only accept cash as no card machine available. Took 3 visits to obtain a receipt that was just scribbled on an unstamped piece of paper. The shop offers a 3months warranty but no written information described as to what that might be.

Abbott was extremely helpful when I popped in without an appointment to ask him about a noise my bike was making. He fixed the seat and pumped up my tires, and gave me good advice on maintenance for my bike all for free. Whilst doing this I saw how friendly and accommodating he was with his clients. Excellent service would recommend to anyone.
