Excellent service. We tried electric bikes for the first time today. Can recommend this store for anyone who wants to go for a trip in Brighton and surrounding areas on a bike. We could go very far! We were a little uncertain about what route to take, but can recommend going to rottingdean. The countryside is really beautiful, but dress well as it can get pretty windy. Don't plan to eat along the beach, the seagulls will steal your food. We also tried going west along the beachfront but that way has got much more traffic beyond the lagoon (if I am wrong or you've got any tips please correct me). Happy biking!

I rented a Pedego Classic Cruiser from All Bikes Electric today, and the service from start to finish was excellent. The manger of the store was friendly and helpful in going through the forms and logistical aspects of the rental, and the assistant, Yuri, did a thorough job of explaining the bike, with both making me feel at ease. I'd easily recommend this shop for anyone looking to rent an e-bike in Brighton.

Big thanks to all the team at All Bikes Electric who guided me through my first purchase of an e-bike - no sales pressure, just good solid advice and all the test rides I felt I needed. I went for the Eovolt folding bike and am thrilled with it, it's perfect for getting up Brighton's steep gradients even with two panniers stuffed with groceries and my little dog in the front basket. I've had the bike just over a month now and it's so much fun, I feel fitter already and can't wait to jump on it. Life-changing stuff! It's reassuring to know that Graham, Yuri and the guys are down the road when it's time for a service or if I have any questions. I can highly recommend this place.

I had a front flat tyre on my gravel bike and Yuri and Ian were very kind to help me, replacing a split rubber seal on my tubeless valve, adding some sealant and pumping it back up in order to get me home. They wouldn't make my money either. I highly recommend them for their friendly service and knowledge.

Brilliant bike shop, so much choice and the prices are fair. Such great customer service, so glad we decided to make this our first stop on our day trip to Brighton. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, particularly Yuri who helped us choose an electric hybrid bike for a day hire. Excellent service from Yuri and everyone else here for their wonderful and caring customer care. I purchased a MiRider e-bike from them after a test ride. They offered a test ride before my purchase and fully set the bike up for me ready to ride very quickly. I recommend using All Bikes Electric of you want to get into electric biking, as they have a really good range of e-bikes.

5 Star +++ I had a sudden mechanic problems and no other shop could help or find out what it really is happening. They spotted on immediately and dealt with it. All stuff are very professional but also friendly, you feel comfortable to ask any too. Specially Yuri who was dealing with my bike, not only competent, but also kindly showed what I could, can and need for future prevention etc. On top of that, they kindly fixed my bike as urgent and I could bring back my bike same day unexpectedly!! (even Yuri did test ride after fixing too! He himself is a rider so it is big plus too!) Highly recommended!!!

Not only for E-bikes!! Great service, fast and super friendly, knowledgeable staff. They serviced my push bike and provided good advice on some parts that I wanted to change. Definitely my new go to point for my bike. Easy to get there and back without your bike as close Brighton station and the High Street.

Alex, Jez and Yuli are my superstars!! Two bike shops didn't have what I needed but a friend recommended ABE. They fixed my bike up in two days and had it good as new.
