BikeShed (and BikeMonkey when he was the mobile bike repair service) always offer an amazing service. Repairs, new parts, regular service are always all done super fast to a high quality. Staff know what they are on about. They even helped me find a great new ride when mine was stolen. Highly recommend!

When you chain comes off your bike on a Sunday afternoon ride I thought my afternoon was ruined!! Then I thought I'd try the bike shop that I'd often passed to and from work. I was absolutely delighted that the very friendly man was able to fix my chain on the spot in about 5 minutes. Even better he only wanted to charge me £3! Wow fantastic service I will be returning for any of my bike needs in the future. Keep up the good work!

I've been using Rob and his team's services for a good few years now and I can highly recommend them. Doing up an old and well used bike isn't an exact science. I've been able to bring back my bike to iron out any niggles and issues. Rob and his team have been helpful, knowledgeable and understanding and always do so with a smile on their face.

Great range of affordable - and more expensive - bikes. Found exactly what I wanted. Given great help by Finn and Tallulah over a couple of days to fit bike exactly, and put my old favourite on my new bike. Recommend them highly - great atmosphere in the shop and highly knowledgeable staff. Wish we had a store like this in Worthing!

This is not your average bike shop, Robert and his team are up there on the next level. After years of frustrating experiences across the various bike shops of Brighton and Hove, I'm so glad to have found these guys and have been using them for the last 2 years. My bike came back looking like new after its recent major service, and upon discovering that my gear change issues had not been fully resolved, Robert collected, re-tweaked, then redelivered my bike back to my house on the same day! First class communication and a relentless pursuit of excellence keeps me as a repeat client.

The BikeShed has recently replaced another bike store that has been on this road for years but I guess couldn't quite keep business going. I turned up about 1 hour before closing asking if I could have my bike serviced and made roadworthy, and I explained that I'd love to be able to cycle to work early the following day. It would mean they had 45 minutes to complete theh work. Now I'm a reasonable person and wouldn't have completely understood if this wasn't possible. But still they said they'd see what they could do. As promised, I received an automated text message on leaving my details and bike with them, and was told that I'd get a text message by 5:40pm if the bike ended up being ready before closing. I knew there was a likelihood of me not getting the bike back the same day but had everything crossed on the off-chance it was possible. I walked home as I'm not far from the shop and 20 mins later, and at 5:40pm, I received a text to collect. So impressed with the service and would recommend BikeShed. Informative, friendly and very much worked with my timeline given little notice. I'm not saying this is always acheivable but very pleased in this instance. Above and beyond :)
