P. P. (.Very friendly and helpful, lucky to have a local bike shop in the Village. I went to get the tool I thought I needed, but following some advice, popped my bike in to get it torqued up properly, and adjusted front deraileur whilst I watched. Nominal charge only to happy to pay given results and servic, it is a business after all.
