Brilliant company - professional, always super helpful and very understanding and go the extra mile when i have needed to take bike in for repairs or issues. Can not recommend enough. I would give 10 stars if there was an option. Once again this company has saved my day! Had an issue with my bike battery just as i was about to take it on holiday and they sorted me a solution super quick so was able to get the next train! So helpful, understanding and go the extra mile to help!

Atmosphere Electric Bikes are the simply best. My wife's bike battery 🔋 died just before we were due to go on a cycling holiday. Gordon was an absolute super 🌟. He processed Wisper warranty form and chased them so we could collect within 48 hours in time for our trip. Talk about going the extra mile! Can't Thank You enough. 🚲 ❤️ Fabulous Customer Service.

I limped in with a cronky motor on my Kalkhoff, the chaps did a little check on it and told me what I needed to do, they were so helpful, honest and clear. Once I got the bike manufacturer to accept the fault, Atmosphere arranged it all, worked extra hard to get my seized motor out (I mean, extra, the bolts were fubar'd) and gave me my bike back all gleaming and fixed. Such a great team here, I'm very happy they've taken on Kalkhoff bikes. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Really professional company offering top range electric bikes and full service for electric bikes even if not bought from them. I've cycled all my lufe and treated myself to an electric bike last May and it needed a service. I contacted this company had glad I did, very nice people with lots of knowlwdge. I have been well looked after by Atmosphere Bikes for the last 3 years. My first bike got me back on the road and I have used it daily for my commute to work. If I ever had a problem, the odd puncture, they quickly sorted it out and got me back on the road. I have just purchased a new e-bike from their extensive range and I am absolutely delighted with it so far. I can't believe how much the technology has improved since my first bike, the Kalkhoff eats Bristol hills and I go out looking for hills to climb. I now can't wait to get back to my morning commute when I can get back to work. I thoroughly recommend Atmosphere Bikes to anyone looking for an e-bike.

Took a punt by going in on the off chance they'd have what I was after. The service and advice is no nonsense, straight down the line, and in my experience, exactly what customer service should be. It was explained to me that a test ride is tricky unless you're super serious about purchasing because of COVID19 (totally understandable). I test rode what was suggested, and the purchase was made there and then. Outstanding bike, outstanding service, and a very fair price. A very happy customer.

I have loved everything about the experience of buying an electric bike from Atmosphere. Firstly the staff listened to my biking needs and explained which of the bikes would best meet my requirements and why, encouraged me to try all of these bikes and then try them again - just to be sure, saw to it that I was happy with my final decision and explained everything I needed to know about my bike. I bought an e-bike from these guys five years ago and had a major service just recently as well as help every so often with minor parts, advice etc. I would thoroughly recommend them. They are extremely helpful and accommodating ( I drive a 100 mile round trip because they're worth it). E-bikes may be cheaper on the internet but you won't get better and more personal service anywhere than Atmosphere.

Having recently purchased an electric bicycle from Atmosphere, I was most astounded when I read on the customer reviews, of what I can only describe as an injurious report on the Manager and the staff at 'Atmosphere Electrical Bikes!' My own personal experience when dealing with this business (and may I add, came highly recommended by a colleague) has been excellent from choosing the correct bicycle to the purchasing process. Rarely do I leave reviews for anything but I felt I had to in this case. Ive been looking into buying an ebike for a while now and decided I wanted to use someone local rather than a big national company and I'm so glad I did. I decided to have a demo on a Batribike Alpha from Atmosphere bikes in Bristol. Im am 55 years old and very unfit so was a little apprehensive, however, I took the bike out and wow, so impressed, it took me a heavy guy at 6'1" up a hill called Park Street in Bristol which id normally be panting after just walking up it, but not this time, I easily git to the top without loosing breath and sweating profusely. The service of these guys was so impressive, I ordered the bike on the Tuesday and asked if it was possible to have it by the coming weekend as it was the April bank holiday, on the Wednesday so one day afterwards, I had an email saying the bike was ready for collection !! The guys talked me through all the aspects of the bike and how to work everything and away I went. I really cant recommend these guys highly enough, if you are thinking about trying/buying then look no further. Fantastic service.

Following news of an up an coming major road closure and diversion in my local area; and being told my daily commute of 4 miles will take twice as long, I decided to look for alternatives. I was able to borrow an electric bike from Dorian at the CREATE centre as part of a council scheme to get people on bikes. (there was a little waiting list!). I loved the experience and decided that I wanted a bike of my own. Reading reviews, I discovered that Atmosphere was the place to go in Bristol and popped down one afternoon. Parking was easy and the advice was fantastic! I was able to discuss my wants and needs and hey presto a bike was chosen a Wispa 705 SE. How long was the wait for this wonder machine? - less than a week and was easily fitted in with dropping my hire bike back into town. When picking up, I purchased a pannier and as it didn't fit on the frame, was given an additional frame. Some excellent directions to get me home safely to Winterbourne (who knew that the cycle path started in town) and I was off! A fabulous journey home and I was bitten by the bug. Gradually increasing my cycling 'gear', I was commuting in all winds and weathers and loving it. Any excuse was made to 'pop to the shops', visit my daughter or just go for a ride - it was easy. No worrying about the hills on my route or being too tired to get home. Disaster struck 7 weeks in. Rushing to get to a dentist appointment (for a filling of all things), I didn't ensure the handle of my pannier was safely tucked away. Cycling in a rain storm, the handle caught in the gears and disabled them, leaving me 3 miles from home. Thankfully the motor, working independently, dragged me up the hills to the dentist who then decided a filling wasn't needed! Getting home, I had an emotional moment. Had I written off the bike? I couldn't afford a new one. What had I done? Hubbie wasn't too optimistic either, so I got on the phone to Atmosphere. Calmed down and reassured that all would be well, I put the bike in the car and drove down the same day. With help to get the bike out, I was assured once again that they could sort it (although they had seen nothing like it before!). A sleepless night and a car commute later, a text arrived mid morning saying the bike was ready. I couldn't wait to leave the office to collect my pride and joy. On arrival, my bike was ready and waiting. After being helped to put it back in the car, I waited with trepidation for my bill. £20!! I couldn't believe it. "I managed to fix it - I enjoyed the challenge" Wow!! I am so happy (and so is my husband) What an absolute fantastic example of customer service. I am shouting your names from the rooftops and spreading the word throughout the 10,000 other people I work with. No-one is safe from my huge adoration of you guys. Thanks for converting Bristol - 1 bike at a time - and thanks for your care, consideration, expertise and general loveliness. I will never go anywhere else for my bike repairs and purchases (although I hope never to have to go through that experience again (Handle now removed!))
