I am so impressed with the service at Briscycle. Andrew was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. He took the time to work out what needed fixing on my bike and did the work in a matter of hours, as I needed a quick turnaround. My bike feels and looks brand new now. I can't recommend Briscycle enough. Thank you so much.

First time using Briscylce and highly recommend. Popped my 10 year old bike in that had been under a cover for years and got it back riding like new. They put on a new chain and cassette and gave it a good once over and couldn't be any happier. Nice selection of parts (at really good prices) for sale to do your own repairs and maintenance and I'm sure advice to go with it. What I like most is the passion for recycling old bikes and selling for very reasonable prices... Have dealt with the big high street stores before and always felt that the price doesn't reflect the service. Not here, great price and fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly service. A great addition to Sandy Park Road and whenever I have problem I will use again, for sure.

This shop is a fantastic! Reasonable rates and five star service. The owner (Andrew) is incredibly polite, friendly, and informative. He gave me clear and simple advice on maintaining my bike, and explaining things whenever I asked for more detail. Don't forget the fact that this shop is open late, it's so convenient for commuter cyclists!

Lovely shop, owner was lovely to me and gave me back my bike in pretty much new condition and ensured that my bike was perfect. Brilliant shop. Andy, the owner, wont oversell you stuff; he will even turn down a sale if it’s not right for you. Had tyres changed, and the bikes safety checked. All reasonably priced, done on time, and with a polite and friendly manner. The bikes ride much better now. Will go back whenever I need something repaired or a new or new-old bike. I could not recommend this shop enough.

I would give 10 stars if I could - couldn't reccomend Briscycle enough! Obviously very passionate about bikes. Told me a few things wrong with the bicycle before even coming near it! :D A different specialist had told me my bike is irrepairable being from the north of France. Briscycle had it up and running in AMAZING condition in less than a week :D love riding! If you have ANY bike concerns take it here and nowhere else!!!

The owner is very helpful and knows bikes inside and out. He will never sell a bike that is not appropriate for the customer and provides a warranty with all sales. You can buy second hand parts as well as new. If you want advice, he's the guy.
