Great place. Mike was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was actually able to alter our son’s current bike to make it more suitable for him and did so free of charge. Great selection of bikes and really good service. We will return and have no hesitation recommending to others.

We have just bought a bike for our Grand-daughter from UpCycles. Mike was very helpful and advised us of our best option for a 'fussy' 6 year old! Good choice of frame types and colours. All bikes have been overhauled to a very high standard. We plumped for an Apollo with aluminum frame at a great price. Very happy Grand-daughter and Granny.

Found this by accident... Really nice set up and very friendly knowledgeable service from Michael, who will bend over backwards to help your kids find the right bike. We got a great condition Vitus twenty and a strider balance bike with load of life in them! I will recommend Bristol UpCycles to everyone! The whole experience was fun part of my day.

A wide selection of top-quality bikes at good second hand prices. Good condition bikes, very knowledgeable owner and options for part exchange too. Really great place to buy kids bikes with the option to resell once they've grown out of them. Recommended.

You might be looking at spending a little more than on Facebook marketplace, but honestly I 10/10 recommend. Having struggled to judge a bike based on online posts, I made my way there and not only were the people lovely, they spent loads of time with me in order to find the right fit, as well as answering even my dumbest questions as someone who knows squat about bikes. I got to try the bikes and all and walked away very happy. Two weeks later I had an issue, called them, as the bike comes with a warranty, and it was easily the best customer service I've had in a while. Very happy to have supported an independent second hand business like this!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Bristol UpCycles! They're doing great work, knowledgeable and really passionate about what they do. Some reviews mention the bikes being tatty, but I feel they've missed the point. Would recommend to anyone!

We had excellent service from Bristol UpCycles.they found the folding bikes we wanted,and were happy to ride. They gave us the help and advice we needed, and nothing was to much trouble.L&M Titshall.

I popped in to ask about a brakes problem on my bike and they showed me what the issue was, showed me how to fix it in the future, then fixed it and wouldn't accept payment. It was a very quick fix but I wouldn't have known without their advice so it was invaluable to me. Thank you Bristol Upcycles!!

These guys are awesome, not only have they given me the best bike I've ever owned but they really made sure it was the right one for me. The fact that they upcycle to is so important especially when there's so many beautiful bikes going to waste! Got the chance to look at another bike too and tested the one I bought out. Lovely service and they were super quick to respond to my message from gum tree. They also took my old bike off my hands to use for parts in the future. Couldn't fault it. So happy.
