Steve and his team really know what it means to teach cycling to kids. Great atmosphere and very experienced team!

I'd heard and read up that using a balance bike can actually benefit your child for learning to ride a bike, so I went along to a taster session with my just 3yr old who wouldn't even entertain the idea of getting on a balance bike. By the end of the session she was on the balance bike best suited for her and enjoying it. In the lessons that followed her confidence and speed grew as did her number and colour recognition. (Not just about learning to ride, Steve includes fun learning activities in the lesson too) Then through listening to Steve, and taking his advice in approx 15 lessons later and lots of time spent on her balance bike in-between times, she can now rude a bike at 3! Steve has so much patience, is very good at building a child's confidence, and encouraging them, and is brilliant at what he does. He researches and uses the best methods to help your individual child. Taking the stress out of teaching your child to ride, and allowing you to enjoy the moment. Fully reccomended. Make that call! Steve @fox cycling has been amazing to us. Not only did he manage to teach our son how to ride but he went the extra mile also when we bought a bike from his shop. We have just finished @ Fox Cycling a minute ago. Well Steve is way too professional, simply an amazing guy makes our daughter completely stress free and she learnt how to ride a bike with pedals in just one hour. Thank you, we appriciate your efforts!

Simply fantastic! As a larger unfit lady I was a little apprehensive about starting spin here but I absolutely love it. There is a variety of ability and experience with some extremely fit people in the classes yet I'm always made to feel welcome and feel very comfortable at my own pace and part of the group . I'm sure I will improve! Great advice is always on hand. I love Lisa on a Sunday evening, she is a stunning instructor with fab tunes and it's genuinely a fun session that I actually enjoy and look forward too. The Sunday night group are all very lovely and have friendly banter between them. Can't recommend enough. Give it a go, you won't regret!
