Excellent service from the guys at Insight after buying a second hand full-sus MTB for my son. In addition to assessing, servicing and replacing specific components, Kris took the time to explain a lot of detail to us as well as optimising the suspension for my lad for his kind of riding while explaining it all as he did it. Very pleased to have them in BS9.

I had a squeaky (road bike) front wheel bearing which Kris replaced in double quick time. He gave me a choice of replacement bearings and didn't recommend the most expensive! Great service, explanation and communication. I'm going back for more and also will use him for the Government's "Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme". For those in North West Bristol do try him out for off-road and road bikes! Update 12-12-20 - Had my 29yr Backstreets (old!) bike fast serviced there under the Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme. New tyres, smoother gears and bearing gas tightened. Result.... great support and candid advice from Kris.

Both my mountain bike and my road bike have passed through Kris' hands at Insight Cycles in the past few weeks for some long overdue fixing I just didn't have time to do myself. I wouldn't hesitate to take my bicycles back to Insight, the quality of the work is great and Kris also gave pragmatic advice about some parts which I should have on my radar for replacing, but didn't need to hurt my bank account over just yet.

These guys are superbly old school.....great advice, caring service , cannot ever do enough to help/support. They make dealing with a bike problem a pleasant experience and that is rare these days. I have used for general advice, servicing, new parts and a bike rebuild ( cannibalising my old bike with a new frame/parts) after being hammered by a car last summer!

Popped in this week for a repair. the workshop is so precise you can eat off the floor. super friendly, super quick to repair a problem with some disc brakes. And they have a super-rare vintage Stumpjumper on the wall which is worth going there just for that. Highly recommended for complex servicing and if you're in market for an MTB, can't do better than YETI which they represent. Impressive shop.

They properly tightened the challenging stem of my e-bike handlebar and regulated my bike's Rollerbrakes. All in a matter of minutes. Very friendly too!

These guys are absolutely amazing! when you enter the shop for a first time you have an impression that they dealing mainly with MTB/Off-road stuff, but it is far far away from the truth. Their knowledge is wide and complex. They are looking after my Pinarello road bike for last six months and their service is immaculate. They always listen and respond to my needs in a very professional and honest way. They suggest solutions which later on I'm finding as "eye openers" or cyclist life permanent improvement. They have fair prices and will fit items purchased by you and if you struggling they will offer alternatives which, so far, were always working for me far beyond the expectation. I wish the businesses in UK worked like this one is as it is just brilliant. Can't express enough how highly I value the fact that they are here for me and how much I would recommend them to others. Great place, great people!

Have had several dealings with these guys over a few different bikes - every time they've been knowledgeable, helpful and gone above and beyond to get the work done and the bike back to me asap. Kris did an outstanding job servicing my mountain bike, which needed work on the wheels, drivetrain and suspension (so pretty much all of it). At short notice he got it all done and ready for the weekend, even chasing down parts that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. Couldn’t be happier with the mechanical work, customer service and efficiency. My bike feels like new ready for the weekend, above and beyond my expectations, can’t wait to get out riding. Highly recommended.
