Keith was a huge help for me and my wife when it came to choosing the right trike for her. She suffers with the most horrendous back and mobility problems, and this version has the low step-in which makes it so much easier for her. It was delivered to the door and Keith made sure we were happy with it and how to operate the controls before seeing if we actually wanted to buy it - which of course we did. There was no pressure and we're absolutely delighted with the trike, which means she is able to join us on our social bike rides in the country. Highly recommended.

Frank and Keith are absolute diamonds. I had a problem with my Freego bike (bought some years ago, they are the ONLY local people able to help) which turned out (after 3 visits and quite a bit of their time) to be something so simple that I shouldn't have needed them after all. It must be at least 10 years since I bought an X Byke 24 speed from these people.In that time I have used it for commuting and pleasure covering a huge distance for a bike with very few problems. The minor problems encountered were soon rectified with the help of Keith and Frank.The bike itself is very well made with good quality components,I've had no problems in all that time with the 24 gears which is a first for me,I've always had gear troubles on my previous bikes. Well recommended and first class back up with spares and help from Powabyke.

I bought a Westminster 100 in January - before the Lockdown. Keith and Frank could not have been more helpful. They delivered my new bike to the door and took my old bike in part exchange. I am completely in love with this bike. Everything about it is perfect for me. I have suffered from medical problems - especially lung problems- but I can easily manage this bike and I ride it nearly every day. It has had many admiring comments. It is the best bike that I have ever had.

I was persuaded cycling was a good way to attempt some level of fitness, and as a compromise decided to go for an e-bike. Best decision I ever made. I had forgotten how much fun it was on a sunny day (yes we do get them occasionally) to get out on a bike with the wind in your hair (yes I will buy a helmet soon) and the sun on your back. The guys lent me a bike to trial and it was love at first hike. Have cycled around the levels, and am off to the lake district next month with bike in tow. Who would have thought it! The service from Frank was exceptional; nothing too much trouble, lots of advice and tips, just what a novice cyclist needed. Thanks Frank! To anyone thinking about getting an e-bike, do it. You won't regret it.

I would like to share my experience with the guys at Powerbyke, notably Keith & Frank. About 2 years ago I bought one of their electric folder e-bikes. I live in Bath and there are a lot of hills, and despite being somewhat sceptical of having electric power assist to the peddling, from the moment I started off, I was hooked! Why I hadn't tried one before I'll never know. I was so impressed with the build quality of the bike and the superb service I received from Powerbyke I recently purchased 2 more folder style bikes which I keep at my villa in Spain, where they are ideal for cycling in the heat of the summer and some hills, something I would never even contemplate with a normal bike. I cannot recommend Powerbyke and their e-bike highly enough - and immediately after Xmas/New Year I'll be purchasing one of their powerful electric mountain bikes
