c.Had a fantastic time cycling, but there were a few hiccups that dulled the experience a little. The first introduction felt rushed, and we had to turn back because one of the EBikes was not functioning properly. It was, however, dealt with quickly. I also had to get the bike lock because they forgot to hand me one, lovely people, but its not professional. The helmets also need some TLC as my mum's helmet had missing paddling and gave her a sore. The route itself was very beautiful, and the weather was stunning. Stopped off and had a drink at Axbridge. Highly recommend hiring.
Edit: I caught the train the next day as I was paying and overheard them talking about my review. I explained why I gave 4 stars and as was met with a bitter tone from one of them. I'm not going to drop a star over it, I'm not that petty and I wish the best for this company, but it wasn't professional telling me how I should have felt about the service.

H.We rented 8 standard adult bikes, a tricycle for a less confident friend, and a bike with a buggy cart for two toddlers.
Service was friendly. We asked for 4 x locks and 4 x puncture repair kits as we knew we'd probably split into smaller groups.
We really enjoyed the cycle, but none of us managed to do the whole thing for fear of getting back in time. Could do with a 4 hour hire instead of 3, but a friend booked it so not 100% sure but I don't believe that was an option.
Would recommend though!

They take card payment but just remember to bring ID if you're the main renter as they require it
