I’ve been to several bike workshops over the years, including in Bristol. Mark and his team, offer the best service yet. I didn’t have to wait long for the service, Mark was very approachable and explained the faults and repairs clearly, which is so important/helpful. Quick turn around, great job on the bike, and excellent aftercare. 5 star. Thank you TLD cycles!

Mark is a 10/10 guy, runs a great repair shop, has quick TRTs, is incredibly enthusiastic about bikes and is great at explaining things. I had myself a lockdown project which I did a lot of, but Mark helpfully finished it off for me and gave me some pointers for next time.

I was so impressed with TLD Cycles. I emailed Mark on a Sunday evening and he fit me in the next day, even though we are in lockdown (several other cycle repair outfits are either shut or were not able to fit me in for another 3 weeks). I only ever go to TLD cycles now - the best bike shop I've found in Bristol. Mark is so friendly and helpful and will take the time to explain what is wrong and why it happened/how to try and avoid it happening again (if you want him too). Always really quick service at very reasonable prices - and if it's something small he will sometimes tweak it for free! They also offer one-on-one bike mechanic courses which I'm definitely going to try out.

I've been going to this place for years now, and I can only say that Tim is outstanding, the fairest trader I've ever met. For me he's just the best, and I recommend him to others all the time without hesitation. You can bring in a bike that needs no work, maybe a 2-minute adjustment, and Tim will tell you the truth; you may been quoted for lots of unnecessary work on the same bike within the same hour. This has actually happened to me with Tim on several occasions.

Brilliant, old school proper bike shop. Put a 'new' brake on an old bike by finding odd bits & bobs & cobbling it all together very cheaply. I had had a problem with a mobile repair guy not being able to fix my handlebars which were not tight enough and then taking my money and me only realising afterwards they hadn't been sorted. TLD fixed it for me straight away and didn't even charge and I am so grateful as this has been such a saga. Will be back for anything bike related in the future. Thank you so much!
