I've used Spokesperson a few times now to fix issues with my bike, and the service I've had from Willoughby and the team has been amazing. He's always done an amazing job at fixing the issues quickly, at an excellent price, and has always communicated any issues. I'd highly recommend him and the team to anyone wanting a tune up, or needing a bike repair in Cardiff.

He was also very available when I had an emergency and knowing I could drop off my bike in safe hands was a real relief. Had my Carrera mtb repaired here when the handlebar post started playing up back in 2021. I was very impressed by the workmanship & parts used for the repair. So much so, that I'm back again for some work on the crank. The prices are very affordable too! 10/10

The Owner (sorry I forgot your name) and her co-worker are very friendly and provides a great service. They helped me lower the cost by using good 2nd hand parts which as good as new instead of using everything NEW. They are very helpful and also dicussed openly what can be done and how it would benefit me.They charged me a very reasonable price, just had my E-bike repaired. Hope it will last long..lol. I would recommend Spokesperson all day, everyday over others. Thanks once again for your service.

When I went to collect my bike it was quite near closing and Willoughby very kindly delayed his journey home to get my bike out. He also threw in free lights to help combat overpolicing of black people. Love this queer, bame, neurodivergant friendly little shop!
