Had my fox rear shock fail on my EMTB, sent it over to these guys for a service. They quickly diagnosed the air can was damaged and quoted me to replace and fully service. Super friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Turned the whole job around quickly too considering bank holidays got in the way and they had to order parts from Fox. Really happy, will definitely use again!

Had my Fox fork and shock serviced during lockdown using their free collection and delivery offer. I'm really pleased with the work they did and it's made a significant improvement to my suspension's performance making it feel more sensitive and plush. A really professional set up, the courier used was great, the guys were really friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke with them, and the turnaround time for the service was as per their estimations. Highly recommended and great value too.

What a great shop!! I've been hunting around for a new set of front shocks for my specialised. Most of the shops in Ipswich just brushed me off and didn't seem want my business. I found these guys by chance, phoned them and they were very sure that they could help me. I dropped my bike off and a few hours later they had finished it. Don't think I'd go to any other shop now! Easy 5 stars

Collected and serviced my forks and shock and so much nicer now so I’m well pleased. Would have liked a bit of news as to progress to manage my expectations but no doubt that is difficult in a small organisation. Overall very happy.

Absolutely fantastic service from very friendly and knowledgeable guys. The work they do is A class. My fox fork feels factory fresh after a service from them and I'd trust them to work on my bike any time. Will definitely be using them when the need arises and so should you.

After ordering a new fork online from Tredz and i then waiting a month for some kind of update, i needed a breath of fresh air. I contacted SoS directly and fresh air was exactly what i got. Recently had my Rockshox reverb stealth serviced by these guys in a very narrow time window due to failure before I went on holiday. Just want to say the customer service was fantastic. They managed to fix it in a very small time frame and at a reasonable price and will definitely be using them again.

Great personal customer service sometimes lacking from the larger stores. A decent choice of bike from select brands and top notch suspension set up and tuning. Bought my bike from them in 2014 and went back again this year for a suspension tune up. Would visit more if they were closer to where I live, highly recommended!
