Visited the shop with my son for him to collect bike his after repair. I wondered around the Ebikes and espyed a Haibike Trecking 6 and became quite excited as I had been looking for one for ages. After speaking to Phil, the sales assistant, he got it out for me to look at and sit on, and although I was thinking about the smaller size this one appeared to be ok (had to lower the seat) . I went away to think about it and later that afternoon phoned up and placed a deposit and was informed that the bike would be ready for late afternoon. On revisiting the shop Phil went through all the relevant details and how to operate the display and a number of other mechanical points with patience pointing out the one month free insurance. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I would certainly recommend a visit to Cycle Monster not just for bikes but also for. accessories as well as repairs.

Brought my sons bike in today as he had issues with the chain keep coming off & it was fixed with new parts whilst I waited in the shop which saved me a return trip to collect....great service guys

Review on behalf of Nigel Mitchell: Popped in after a 70k ride and my bike making an awful noise the whole way round to ask for some advice. Staff were really attentive and helpful and quickly established the chain hadn’t been fitted correctly. They kindly fixed the issue there and then. It’s great to have a bike shop close to home that you can go in and talk to knowledgable and helpful staff. Great place, would highly recommend.

Employee's at this store are very friendly and they're willing to help. Although i have had some issues when I've paid them to repair part's or replace part's on my bike where i have had to return to the store 2/3 times to have a happy end result. I had left a previous review although wanted to delete it and leave another. The person who i believe is the primary person who fixes/ services bicycle's (Michael) is very friendly and understanding. I will continue to buy part's from this store.

A recent back injury has forced me to give up 'normal' cycling for the time being so I was more than interested in an ebike. Steve guided me into making the right choice of ebike to suit my needs being sympathetic to my condition. The staff are really friendly and you are made to feel a valued customer. All in all, good old-fashioned service was what I got here and would recommend it highly.

Bought my Kalkhoff Endeavour e-bike here just before the first lockdown. Buying process was great as staff were excellent in advising on different bike options available without putting pressure. This shop sells a variety of unique bikes that will turn heads! Am already keeping eyeing a potential upgrade next year as new stock of fantastic e-bikes recently arrived. Follow up service after purchase is second to none and what I like most is how you can pop in if you have any issue regarding cycling and get sound advice. I purchased my first road bike (Focus) 4 weeks ago from cyclo monster. I always experienced great customer service as soon as I walked through the door, a very knowledgeable team that never pushed too hard for a sale and provided me with lots of information even though I wasn't buying the first time I went in, something that I didn't get from other shops, so I was more than happy to return and give them my business!! Before receiving the bike, they performed checks and made sure everything was set up correctly to fit me before taking it away. Since then I've been racking up the miles and loving it, so thanks to all at cyclo monster!!

Cyclo Monster have recently serviced my Wifes Santa Cruz Bronson, converted it to running tubeless, changed some bushes plus other little bits and Bob's. Fantastic service from all the staff. Loved the fact they contact you and give you progress reports or info on any other possible issues. Big thanks to Michael the technician for the great work. Friendly staff, who are always willing to help and have a chat. Be Warned they have fantastic range of accessories and parts, only went in the other day to spend £10 and ended up spending £40 😀
