Amazing reliable Service & good customer service. Very friendly guy. fast and cheap and great service. Put a new tire inner tube in my electric scooter! Works perfect and even fixed my breaks free of charge. Thank you soo much .. I recommend this service and would use his service again! Fixed an issue for cheap after I forked out hundreds at Halfords without them really fixing anything. I was so impressed so I asked to learn from them and now I'm cycling 20 miles a day to be educated. Such expertise and care is put into every bike but most of all it's honest! The only bike repair I can trust.

Nice guy fixed my kids bikes professional knows what is he doing. Cheaper than other bike shops. Best to go to the shop than call his mobile as listed on Google. Has plenty of bike for sale at reasonable prices, and different types.

I had a problem with my bike, cycling into work, so wanted a nearby bike servicing facility. DD Cycles fitted the bill so I managed to ride there. I received a warm welcome from the Italian owner who immediately gave me a detailed report on the state of my bike, pointing out the problems. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said that if I left it with him, it would be ready the very next evening, which is what happened. I picked up the bike, fully cleaned and working well, and the price was what was quoted. The cash-only position is not a problem, and the attitude, service and pricing are all excellent. I will be using them as my first port of call in future.

Great selection of bikes to buy both second hand and new. My main experience's with this DD Cycles are with repairs to my bike, I've trusted the specialist here on numerous occasions and he has always gone above and beyond, for example a change of pedal crank was needed but he happily removed a twisted link in my chain as I requested and tuned the gears off his own back while he had the bike for no extra cost!

Excellent value for money very helpful and honest. Brought a second hand bike from someone who ripped me off but these guys really helped me out and sorted my disc brakes out 11/10 would 100% recommended to anyone, got quoted alot more than what these guys charge, don't waste your time with the big shops if you live in Derby and want a quality job that's quick use this shop.

I took a 20 inch wheel for my Dahon Folding bike with a broken spoke to be repaired. Having tried Halfords, who wanted the wheel for 5 days and couldn't give me a price ! Then another local bike shop who couldn't fit it in for over a week and they said it would be £20+ the spoke that they said would have to be handmade ( really ?? 20 inch wheels are quite common ), I went to DD Cycles who did it the same afternoon and gave me an amazing price. DD Cycles not only put the new spoke in, but the wheel was beautifully staightened and true, cleaned and is as good as new...all for £12. DD Cycles will be my first choice from now on when I need my main hybrid bike or my secondhand folding Dahon looking at. I must admit I was on a bit of a mission and spent a bit of time shopping around my local area, as I needed to find someone local, reliable and fairly quick, price was secondary but DD still came out the best on price. So DD Cycles came out best on all counts.The gentleman who served me was so much different to all of the other local shops I visited, he was very polite and gave me advice about other bike issues I asked him about. It is great to find a local bike shop that is SO helpful. Thank you DD Cycles.
