Our first bike arrived in a very unsatisfactory condition, however when calling customer services they believed we had been sent a return bike by mistake, in my opinion they dealt with the situation very efficiently and swiftly, with a new pristine bike arriving within a few days. I recently ordered an ebike battery from Moore large. Process was good and battery was delivered. However I then realised that it was in fact the battery charger that was no longer working. Neil in customer service was very understanding and arranged a full refund and also sourced a replacement charger.

Once again had to call on the services of Moore Large for an exhaust pipe for my sons bike as no dealers stocked them.
Once again fantastic service from all concerned, got the part within 24 hours of ordering it and now just needs putting on the bike.

Recently purchased ebike via Costco and the first thing to say is that the build quality is excellent, bought it for my wife and she is absolutely chuffed.
I would echo other sentiments that the build instructions included whilst in perfect English were sadly lacking. At times I thought they were for a different bike with every other sentence missing.
So I guess it all depends how competent you are and whether you've got a full set of allen keys rather than the one eluded too and not included in the box?
The rear inner tube would not 'take air' so it was 'in at the deep end' resolving the best way to get the rear wheel off before we had even ridden it.
A set of 'IKEA like' instructions on the best way of performing this routine task when it was not obvious to me how to do it without possibly damaging the bike would have been great.
When I contacted Darren who happens to be Customer Service Manager, he was fully understanding and patient with all the questions I had - we must have been on the phone for half an hour.
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I think nearly all my questions and issues could have been resolved with a product booklet detailing the build process, maintenance and details of spare parts availability for e.g. when the battery does eventually die.
I recently bought a £200 power tool with all this type of information provided, let alone a £1,000 ebike.

I recently bought a frameset from Moore Large and found the quality and customer service to be exceptional. I see a lot of 1 star reviews stating 'bike came without pedals,' but the majority of new bikes don't and I'm sure this would be stated in the product description! I can't fault my experience and with be returning again for sure.

Shocking customer service - never respond to emails and then tell you to go to a local bike shop for a part they have in stock - if I knew that I would have gone to the bike shop straight away and not been messed around by then - zero stars - poor and shocking - since posting this - the company dealt with my complaint and it has now been resolved so a happy customer again
