Bicycle Buddy (Chris) fixed our 2 bikes in 1 hour, which I was very impressed by. The service he did was top notch - both bikes felt very easy to ride after not being ridden in a year. Chris was also very personable and easy to talk to - I'd highly recommend!

Chris gave me a date and time and arrived promptly. He gave my bike a well needed service and can honestly say it's now like new. Everything works as it should now which confirms my saying of "leave it to the experts". Chris was very knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. I can't recommend Bicycle Buddy Enough. Glorified bike cleaner. 2 out 4 bikes had issues after the service. I made a contact for a warranty, he acknowledged but never turned up and ignored further attempts to resolve issues. Nice guy, but not really professional. Not recommended.

It's great to be able to finally share my appreciation for Bicycle Buddy. Chris is an absolute genius when it comes to all things bikes. He literally lives and breaths bikes! I had a full service recently which practically turned my trusty old giant into a fabulous new bike - my rides to work is now a dream! Chris always goes the extra mile, picking up and delivering, checking in before doing any additional work, and turns the job round in the agreed time, sometimes before. He really does provide a great reliable and professional service. Thank you Chris. Keep up the good work!

Bought two bikes off bycycle buddy. Not been on a bike for years. Chris not only got me and my husband the perfect bikes and serviced them he came on a short ride and explained everything from the seat height to what gear to be in to go up hills.
