Popped in with a freewheel/hub problem, thinking my bike would be out of action for a week or two and my wallet would be quite a bit lighter. Paul was great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There and then he identified the problem and solution and fixed on the spot. Along with another couple of minor tweaks elsewhere on the bike to improve running. All for a small token charge. Great service, will definitely recommend and return. Thanks Paul .

Excellent Service from Paul. After Bike-fitting and discussing Pros & Cons I decided on the CUBE Attention SL"Petrol n Red". Due to Shortages & high demand I had a lengthy wait. But it was worth it. I love the bike and Paul very kindly delivered it himself. He had added a few extras and I am really pleased with the Bike. I woul highly recommend Paul and the staff at The Bike Shop. Couldn't ask for a better service. I went into enquire about purchasing a shock pump but he wasn't due some in until the end of the week. Taking into account how busy he is I take my hat off here, the man at bike shop Scotland said if I brought my bike in he would pump up the shock for me. Absolute legend.....Fully recommend this place!

Superb service. I needed a hanger for my rear mech on my way up to laggan wolftrax and Golspie or my rides were screwed! Called in here which was only a small detour on my way up. Very reasonable charges for hanger and fitting, and some good advice about both trails to boot. Can't rate highly enough...thank you!
