Would highly recommend. I had the gold service done to my bike, which now feels brand new! I found Simon to be very clear in communication and efficient with getting the work done. He went above an beyond to find the source of a click on the bike. Priced fairly.

I needed to get a few things repaired on my bike and Simon did a really good job and sorted me out. For people who also need to know how to repair their bike and understand what they are doing, Simon is really knowledgeable and approachable for this. He is really good at replying to messages about appointments. I have been a couple times now and couldn't recommend him anymore, he is fantastic!

Very happy with the service received. Highly reccomend. I had issues with a stolen rear wheel so I asked Simon to source and supply the relevant parts and fit them. The bike was dropped off just five days after collection with the replacement parts fitted and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be reaching out to Simon for repairs and/or issues in the future.

Simon did an excellent job. My bike is 20 years old, nothing really wrong with it but certainly needed some TLC. Have just got it returned and it now rides better than it ever has before. Really smooth gear changes and responsive brakes. A splendid service, reliable and friendly. Having the bike picked up and dropped off is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

If I could give Durham Bike Repairs ten stars on here I would. Brilliant, professional service from Simon. The best bit was that he collected my bike and dropped it off after repairs had been completed, which saved me so much time and trouble in struggling to get my bike in the boot of my car. He collected my Boardman hybrid bike which was in need of some serious attention, clunky gears and wonky disc brakes and returned it to me in perfect condition. I went out for a quick spin and was amazed at how smooth everything was. Simon was extremely knowledgable and his prices very reasonable especially compared to other places I’ve had to struggle to take my bikes to in the past. He was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely use again. Thank you Simon.

The hydraulic back brake on my Boardman Pro MTB was spongey to the point where it was not really working at all. Simon at Durham Bikes Repairs picked the bike up, fixed it, and delivered it back in no time at all. Great service and charged a fair price.
