Were great. Helped me understand the problems with my bike, rearranged a missed appointment (my fault) then sorted the repair in one hour. I bought a Gocycle GS about 3 months ago from The eBike Store specifically for my commute to work (12 miles each way). It was my first venture into the world of ebikes and, with the help of Simon and his excellent staff, the whole experience has been brilliant. The bike powers along and 'squashes' any hills, and this 62 year old weighing 200 lbs finds it a breeze getting into work in all weathers in under an hour. Highly recommended.
