What can I say about these two guys James and Ryan. They really did go the extra mile for us. They got us DT Swiss Rims and Hope Pro 4 Hubs, Built them. Kept us up to date every step of the way. Then we ended up being out of the country they sent them to us via DHL packaging was amazing, not a chance of anything getting damaged. From start to finish they couldn't have been any more helpful. Do I recommend them, absolutely 110% even when you call into the shop they don't rush you, they have time to spend with you. So well done guys we'll definitely be back.

Can't recommend this shop highly enough. Been going there for a while now and they are the most helpful guys ever. From a full bike build to some advice on tyre choices and everything in between, I guarantee this shop will be able to help you out. Even during the bulk on the pandemic these guys were working flat out to keep us all on two wheels!

Excellent company. I was really struggling to find a new bike in the pandemic. Pedals had a bike in stock that I wanted, and agreed over the phone to take it offline and ship it to me down in Bristol, just based on trust and a phone call. Bike came well packaged and prepared, communication was spot on. Even managed to get it to me just before Christmas holidays!! Highly recommended.

Excellent bike shop. Unlike many shops in Edinburgh (and Scotland) Pedals deal with high end mountain bikes and suspension on a daily basis, so you can trust them with your pride and joy! I've bought several bikes from them and always use them for suspension servicing. Highly recommend.

A frame had been around 3 bike shops in Edinburgh and none of them had been able to sort it (some even outright lied to me as well). These folks turned it round super fast, were friendly and efficient. I'd recommend, and will definitely be back since they offer suspension fork services too. The shop has a good range of really nice bits and bobs as well.

Totally recommended! I bought a bike last April and all the process was smooth. They are a really nice and friendly bunch that they know their stuff well. It doesn't feel like a shop really, but a group of experienced riders working for riders. Also, the service is really good(even before buying the bike) and if you show up in the shop they are always happy to help. They also run a high end demo bikes service, at very fair price!

I don't do reviews... but simply put, this is the best bike shop there is. Top guys, who know what they're talking about.Their workshop prices are brilliant and the quality is top notch. Despite being a wee place they always seem to have the small, strange bits I'm looking for and have helped me with a few warranty claims on frames I haven't even got from them! When looking to get a new bike this year it was always going to be from Pedals. Cheers guys!

Took my bike in to have the fork replaced and a new headset fitted. Was worried my front mudguard wouldn't be compatible with the new fork but thanks to some clever spacer placement from the guys at Pedals not only could they fit the mudguard but I have even better clearance than before. They gave the bike a good tune up too and all for a very reasonable price. Will be using Pedals again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good price on a suspension fork service which, as confirmed by performing the standard “bouncy-bouncy” test when I got them back on the bike, made my 15 year old RockShox Rebas as good as new, unlike the previous service they got from a certain big green chain shop from down south. Nice one.

First time using Pedals and they have been excellent. Well priced and tightened a wee bit I needed without question, or cost. Obviously took an extra minute to look over my bike and recommend me to get my rear shock looked at and gave me a good contact. Best bike repair shop I've experienced in 8 years of cycling in Edinburgh. They serviced my Shimano Alfine Hub for a very reasonable £30 and it feels better now than it did new! They came up with good solutions to all my problems, were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to everyone and I will be back for sure.

I brought in my beat-up and very cheap e-bike in for a service; probably stomach churning for retailers of high quality bikes but they couldn't have been nicer and explained all the costs up front. Just £30 for a basic service and good prices for any parts required. I am very grateful for having my lifeline back on the road again

I re-iterate what people say, very good advice, very reactive, they know their business, none of the amateurism you often find on big high street shops. They went out of their way to build me a replacement high standard wheel for a cycle trip in Africa, at the last minute on a short lead time.
